Daniel and Chris from Pipeworks came out right on time and helped with a water heater issue. Also inspected the system as well as the vent pipes on the roof. Very responsive, knowledgeable and professional. Will use again and would recommend.
Pipeworks Plumbing did a fantastic job installing a central AC system and a water line to my the refrigerator in my house. Marcos, the lead installer, communicated with me every day to explain what they were doing and was exceptionally professional throughout the whole process. The owner Chris walked me through everything that needed to happen with the install and was available to answer any questions I had. I am very happy with my new AC system and refrigerator water line and I highly recommend Pipeworks Plumbing for any plumbing and HVAC work.

This is the second time Marcos from Pipeworks has come to the rescue and this time solved our failing valve problems. Bailey, who answers the phones is always upbeat, has a great sense of humor, and is so pleasantly efficient. We LOVE Pipeworks!
Broken gas line all I needed was a shot of installed and had a pressure tested with the inspector wow didn't fallow up with it happen on a Friday they never had a permit I had to call the city os santa fe my self and got all the problems taken care of. Don't get me wrong they respond fir the work but they don't follow up with it
I can't say enough wonderful things about Pipeworks and their staff. They are courteous, professional, and a great value for your money. I will never use another company after having them out today. They made the process so easy and I'm appreciative for their kindness and attention to detail. I would give 10 stars if I could! Thanks Chris, Adrian, and Jacob for a job well done!
This company was one of the worst contractors I have ever used in 30 years of being a homeowner. In short, do not use this company. Details: Air Cooler broke on Sunday. PipeWorks sent someone (Technician named “A”). out Monday afternoon. The problem was correctly diagnosed as fan motor bearing issue. This is the only positive item. The first technician (“A”) was non-responsive to me and my wife. He claimed he ordered the part Monday. Tuesday morning, when pressed he “dropped the ball” on the part and then became verbally abusive to my wife. After me pleading with the main office for just a status, including calling/texting/emailing the owner, got a response from the owner Wednesday morning that the part was arriving on Wednesday afternoon now and a new technician “M” would now be out on Thursday morning to repair from 8-10 am. Thursday morning, no technician showed up and no response from main office. Technician “M” finally called after 10 and claimed had no idea about the appointment. Also did not have the part and blamed vendor and/or UPS. Showed up at 11 am with other substitute parts and could not fix the unit. Friday morning initially had an appointment from 10-12 pm. Technician “M” could not make it became he did not have the part that was supposedly mailed on Monday. Finally showed up after 3 (late as usual) and fixed the unit in less than an hour. Summary: The technician always showed up late from the agreed upon time window without a call or text, showing no regard for their customer’s time. First technician was “fired” from job because I was concerned about my wife’s safety. Second technician was both non-responsive and always late. Home office was difficult to connect with. Showed zero regard for their customer’s time and always blamed someone else (vendor or UPS). Fairly certain they lied to us. Do yourself a favor and keep scrolling. DO NOT use this company. You will thank me.
We used Pipeworks a couple years ago when we had just bought and gutted our whole house and needed to re-do the entire plumbing system which was a surprise. We were on a really tight budget and they were very cool about working with us- letting us do most of the prep work/digging/exposing/hard labor/buying materials while they provided professional design, consult and the clutch installation. They literally made it possible for us to afford it and continue the renovation. I only gave them four stars because I had to call them a lot and advocate for myself to make things get done. I’m sure this is because they were sorta doing us a favor and we weren’t a hugely profitable client for them, so I get it, but it was all a very big deal for us financially and logistically. I don’t know if they would be more communicative with regular clients, but I assume they would be. They’re good folks doing good work in my opinion.
Gonzo and the crew at Pipe Works came to rescue when I was having severe plumbing issues in the middle of winter. He and his crew always responded and fixed what we needed to function daily. When we had a horrible experience with our situation, that made us feel like we had a solid helping hand on our side. Gonzo spoke with my insurance adjuster and got us get the help we needed in a chaotic time. Thanks to Pipeworks a nightmare turned out to be a bump in the road. Call Pipeworks for you’re next plumbing issue, and ask for Gonzo!

Pipeworks is great and so are their employees. I scheduled a time slot of 10-12. Adrian texted me he was on his way. He fixed my toilet that needed a float and flapper. I was very happy with Adrian's work. Adrian was very professional and very respectful. I will use them again.
WOW I can not recommend Pipeworks enough! Chris and Marcos came out the same day to assess my hot water issues and frustrations. Even face-timed with me to explain what I had going on! Had Gonsalo at my house the next day with everything hot Water heater, fittings and everything else! The install was quiet and fast.This is a friendly and professional group Chris, Marcos, Gonsalo, Alicia & Alexis are those I spoke with and they all were on the same page with my project and all were professional and understanding. Need a plumber or HVAC group call these guys!
Pipeworks repiped my entire house because the original water lines, including the main external line, were all Kitec. This was a major job because all the new lines had to be run through my walls, except for the one that needed to be cut through the floor to the kitchen island. The Pipeworks crew, led by Chuck Aranda, did an excellent job. Not only was their own plumbing well-done, but Chuck found an excellent drywall and tile contractor to replace everything and paint all the walls. Chuck and his team were personable and honest, taking the time to explain all work as it was done. In addition the total cost was almost $15K lower than my other estimates. Pipeworks has also done minor plumbing and AC jobs for me, and I highly recommend them for any needs, large or small.
We have been loyal customers of Pipeworks for over two years. These great folks updated our boiler, installed a tankless hot water heater, and water softener. They service our swamp cooler in the spring and fall. A big shout out to Chris, Eddie Josh, and of course Alicia. So grateful for your hard work and wonderful service!
Chris, Eddie and Josh were really great. They came and fixed a pretty bad situation in our laundry room, pet shower and guest bathroom shower. They got it all working great and cleaned it all up for us too. Will definitely keep using Pipeworks for our plumbing.
Jerald and Josh Martinez are excellent with their performance and exercised great patience with all water damage to my home! They’re excellent employees with courteous and informative of the work they did. Quite an asset to Pipeworks!
We just moved into a new home with a laundry list of plumbing repairs. Gonzo Arenas with Pipeworks Plumbing, Santa Fe was terrific. He seamlessly went from one repair to another, taking pride in his workmanship and correcting multiple previous plumbing sins. He was efficient and professional. We will use him again and highly recommend Pipeworks Plumbing.
