Had some issues with them but management called me and resolved the problem, I will give them one more try if a plumbing problem happens at my house, management said they got rid of the bad eggs that worked there at CartWrights and the management was very apologetic about the problem I had..

I woke up this mid-February, Saturday morning to a cold house and a loud circulation pump on my 25-year old radiant floor heating furnace. I thought the pump had broken down so called Cartwright's to see if they could come out and install a new one. Technician Paul suggested over the phone that the problem could be that the furnace was out of water and walked me through a few checks of the system to determine that was indeed the case and by exercising the manual actuator on the pressure reduction valve, fixed the problem and now the system is back on line and the circulation pump is as quiet as a church mouse. Thanks Paul, I highly recommend your company!
Superb customer service from the office to the techs. Kevin and Josh checked everything on my furnace. My furnace had an attitude and when the techs arrived the furnace started operating correctly. I was impressed with the techs professionalism and knowledge in their service. Thank You!!!
I've been waiting over a week for a price quote on replacing the sewer line on a home I am purchasing. I paid over $500 ($100 just to go on the roof!) for the scope inspection, was told I'd have a quote the next day, over a week later. Each day that I called, I was assured that it would be ready the next day. The technician did send me another customer's quote for a completely different job, not very helpful. If they can't get a quote out in a timely manner, I would not trust them doing work for me.
Amazingly wonderful experience with Jeb. Had an emergency plumbing issue at the place we rent , and the customer service lady was amazing. Then she connected us with plumber jed. Jeb was kind and very smart. Delt with my elder landlord with kindness and patience. Issue was fixed in less than 4 hours. So happy I can pee again ! Thank you
Beware. 5 years loyal customer a have spent thousands of dollars with them. Our most recent experience with them showed us how shady they are. Installed a $40 thermostat as a replacement for one they installed that didn’t work and wanted to charge us over $500 after the fact. Took literally 5 minutes to unsnap one and snap the other one on. When questioned they said we never paid for the first one and they had a minimal service charge. It ended with them removing it leaving the backplate and leaving, followed by a email dismissal. Good riddance. See a more complete review at the BBB website. Do yourself a favor and find a better company!!
Jeb did a great job. He and the company responded promptly and kept us informed of arrival times and unavoidable delays. Repairs are working great so far.
I’ve had only great service from Cartwrights. They show up on time, they’ve always been friendly and communicate the issue we’ll. I’ve had kitchen valves installed and the sewer scoped and cleared etc. These guys are real technicians. They know what they’re doing and the prices reflect that, so don’t hire them to do dumb jobs that you should do like replacing the flapper in your toilet. They’re going do a major sewer replacement for me and the price is definitely competitive. I wouldn’t hire anybody else in Santa Fe to be honest. Richard
Our water boiler wasn't heating the house and Paul from Cartwright's came out and diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in no time. Very professional and knowledgeable service. 2022-06-28: Called on Cartwright's a second time. However, their technician was unable to fix our blocked sewer line because the snake he brought was too short. With high hourly rates in addition to ta ravel surcharge this visit ended up being an expensive disappointment. We had expected more from Cartwright's especially after our very positive first experience.
The service technician (Eddie) who came out to work on my system was incredibly professional. He worked quickly and efficiently to diagnose and fix the issues with my HVAC system. I would recommend his service anytime 10/10!
Eddie R and his assistant were very respectful and polite to my home and my child. They were looking at my a/c and fixed the horrible smell and cleaned the lint that may cause it to not work properly. Didn’t take too long to help. Thanks again for your time and help. Keep up the good work.
The dispatcher I believe her name Bernadette was courteous and kept me informed on the status of the technician, also when to expect him. Carlos was professional, on time and very informative after explaining what he was going to do he showed me where the Blockage was and provided me with all my options. Overall this is my second time using Cartwright plumbing and both times have been positive (given the circumstances) and will use and recommend this company.
I'm one star off because I made an appointment but I guess the technician didn't make in to work the same day as my appointment so they had to cancel. It was same day cancelation but they ended up getting another technician to come out same day which I do greatly appreciate. Also the reseptionist that took my call was very nice even when I got a lil rude which is always great. Overall great service.
Carlos was great, friendly and very competent. Also came before scheduled and able to do work same day. My only complaint is cost, $745. For 2 hours work. Good plumber if you have the cash!
Our garbage disposal recently failed and needed replacing. Carlos and Dennis took care of it efficiently and quickly. They were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They offered some good tips for maintaining it. Thanks.
