PHC replaced a yard hydrant in my barn today. The job was well done and John, the PHC rep, was on time, courteous, cordial, and professional. I have used PHC several times over the past 17 years, from installing my HVAC to various plumbing repairs. The service has always been excellent. Teresa F.

PHC is the best company around to do your heating and cooling needs.
Called them for a week to get someone out to my home and was told each time I called that someone would get back to me. Never heard anything. Called them on January 2nd of 2022 after a week and a half of little to no communication about getting my heat fixed only to be told they dont service my area anymore. Why couldnt they just tell me that right from the start so I didnt have to sit in a cold house in freezing temperatures. Called TLC out of ABQ yesterday and I have services techs on the way this morning January 4th 2022. Will never deal with PHC systems again.
We have had problems with our heater this year after getting the air cut off. After having a couple people come out... one big company came out and told us we need a new heater for $4Gs. I reached out to PHC Systems. Tech came out next day... told us what needed to be fixed which was a Friday. Parts were delivered and Tech was back out here on Monday. Omggggggg! This house has been freezing. We have heat! And it didn't even cost $1,000. So Thankful And Blessed. They saved us this cold season. Thank you so much Amanda and Efrain. Such a great experience. Won't go anywhere else from now on. Many blessings to this company. They are amazing!
This is the best company ever. They installed our central air 15+ years ago. I called them when it quit working and it was the same guy that installed the system. He is wonderful and they are my go-to for any problems we may have.
The knowledge and professionalism that was given when they came out is unheard of these days. I would definitely recommend PHC
I cannot speak highly enough of this business! My swamp cooler died on me, I called PHC on Friday and they had a technician out to look at my house and give me a free estimate on a replacement by the following Monday. I was able to get the replacement swamp cooler that I wanted, for an extremely affordable price and they had my new swamp cooler installed by the end of the week. Every single person I talked to throughout this process was pleasant and professional. I am extremely happy with the service I received and I plan on coming to PHC with all of my heating and cooling needs in the future.
I am only giving 4 stars because I never actually had them come out and do the work. The process of speaking with someone amd getting scheduled was super easy, quick and professional. They did not charge an arm and a leg compared to other local HVAC companies in my opinion. Very nice and understanding group of professionals. Will call them when I need an HVAC issue fixed for sure next time first.
Phc is amazing. They are always professional and great to work with. I have had multiple air conditioners and heaters installed, different homes, by PHC and have never had any issues. Use them to fix minor plumbing issues as well, although I am sure they could handle major issues. Very reliable, knowledgeable and honest team that never dissapoints.
Had an appointment and then a no show. So I called back and was told a "technician" would call me right back. Never did. It's no wonder this company has such a low rating. Very unprofessional.
Called PHC for HVAC service. Heater went out and glenn and his crew came out next day. Fixed it on spot. Very happy with prices and how fast they got my heater working. Would recommended and call again. I usually dont write reviews but felt the needed to write this about this company. Thank you!!
This place is over priced and the boss can be rude
We have used PHC Systems for years, they arrive promptly and get the work done. Their rates are competitive and they are friendly and easy to work with.
Had a clogged kitchen drain experts arrived on the scene will use them in the future for all my plumbing and heating needs they are great and reasonably priced
I had a service call with PHC from Peralta NM scheduled Friday March 30, 2018 and I called PHC to see what time his service tech would be here. Glen, the owner called me back and informed me that he cancelled my service call. He claims that he called me on Thursday before the service call on Friday. I checked my voicemail and didn't get any message. The point is, I didn't call and cancel. I think that is up to the customer to cancel. In fact, if you don't give the contractor notice and cancel and they show up, you'll have to pay them based on their cancellation policy. In this case, the contractor cancelled me the homeowner without giving me notice. TERRIBLE BUSINESS. PHC IS NOT RELIABLE. I WOULD NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN. Friday, March 30, 2018 is Good Friday and sometimes some business close and some are open. The thing is, I talked to the owner, Glen prior earlier in the week Tuesday, to give him the Freon type and at that time we spoke, we both were understood and as far as I knew, my appointment for Friday 3/30/18 was confirmed. Well, I did express my frustration to Glen the owner and his careless response was unprofessional, rude as if he didn't care or even offer an apology. THIS COMPANY SUCKS. THEY ARE IRRESPONSIBLE AND UNRELIABLE. THANK GOD IT WAS NOT AN EMERGENCY LIKE A WATER LEAK OR A GAS LEAK. IN this case, I needed my A/C unit charged. I will call someone else that is more responsible and reliable. DON'T CALL OR USE PHC. VERY IRRESPONSIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
Used to be great but lately seems different. Be careful.
