This company is incredible. I'm a fo4st time homeowner and needed a plumbing team to install a new toilet and fiddle with temperature and pressure setting on faucets. Not only did Emilio demonstrate professional attitude but took his time to educate me. Love Adrian's rapid response and callback. Quick scheduling. Man, these guys are it. Seriously look no further.

Absolute Scumbags. They drove over my water lines and my tenant hasn't had water for a month and refused to give me their insurance information or fix it. Do not hire. Trash
I used Chase Mechanical to convert from Swamp Cooler to Refridgerated, replace Water Softener, and some electrical work. Everyone at Chase was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. It's hard to find an honest company nowadays but Chase exceeded in every way. Chase did not oversell me like so many other companies wanted to do. They also did things that other companies said could not be done with my setup. I would have zero hesitation using them again in the future and I look forward knowing that I won't have to search around for a reliable HVAC company in the future. Chase mechanical is the best , technician ray was awesome and fixed the issue in a professional manner , like all of the technicians at chase. I highly recommend them for all your needs. Adrian took my call and scheduled someone out on lees than 24 hours, and the problem was resolved in less than 24 hours. Thanks guys. Matt
It was a good experience from start to finish. No sudden new service charges like I have had with other companies. Will definitely be using them again!
They knew exactly how to help did not hesitate for a call or directions got everything working at my sisters house I rate knowledge a 5 and customer service a 5 stars thanks alot .
Juan came out and quickly installed a kitchen faucet for my son. He was very polite, did a thorough check of things, and even let our grandson sit by and watch. Definitely will use this company again!
Adrian, and the entire Chase Mechanical crew were very professional and did a great job installing our new AC system. We called them to see if they could remove our old swamp cooler and install an AC unit. They came out for the quote and provided an accurate estimate to utilize some of the existing ductwork and for all new parts. The crew that performed the work were very respectful of our home and kept things nice and clean as they worked. We were so happy with the job they did, we are having them come out to handle some plumbing issues, as well. Could not recommend them more and very excited to have a colder house this summer!

If you need work done, I couldn't recommend a better service. Emilio was our tech and he was very professional, and worked hard to fix our issue. He was willing to go above and beyond with the requests we had and did an amazing job. We'll be going to Chase Mechanical for anything we need from now on.
Technician came and checked to see what the issue was and at the end he didn’t know what the issue was. All he said was that it “could be this” it could be that” “we can try this” but no real solution. Yet at the end they charged us $250. How are you going to charge someone $250 to go out and figure out what the problem is. But not figure out the problem but still charge.
The service we received has been exceptional. The techs are friendly and professional. We will definitely continue to use their services.
Ever time I have needed their services I always get great service. They are very knowledgeable and professional. They have a customer for life with me.
We had trouble with our brand new Rheem hybrid water heater from the start. For weeks, Rheem was not doing anything to find a qualified plumber to address it. Thank goodness we were referred by a contractor to Chase! They came out the same day I called and worked with a Rheem tech to confirm that the unit was defective and gave us support in dealing with the warranty replacement process. Adrian even called us to discuss the selection of this particular model and offer advice to be sure this was the appropriate model for our installation considerations - above and beyond customer service for sure! Mathew, the plumber was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and listened! Very efficient, too, which keeps cost down. Very thankful to have found them.

We are new to the area and solely called Chase Mechanical because of their reviews online. We needed to have our Heat/Air conditioner units checked before the cold weather set in. Manny was the technician that was sent out.He was very thorough and did find a problem with one of our units. He explained everything and showed pictures of the issues. It was repaired by the end of the day and he helped me understand better how to program our units. I will definitely call them if needed in the future.
