This is the place to go if you need superior quality plumbing fixtures not always available outside of a builder’s supply house. The surprise was the great service from Elijah! He knows plumbing and service- what an amazing combination! Likely he is a student of the greatest service management instruction system ever. Philippians 2:3,4; Mathew 7:12. The golden rule!
had 120 ft of pvc, forklift operator couldn’t help load, looked like he was on a rush to go to his break or something.
Forklift driver literally tossed the pvc pipe at me and went “there it is”. Didn’t even help me load up 120 ft or at least attempt to get it close to me, like if he was in a rush.
I would have given 5 stars. My initial contact with Winnsupply Las Cruces was excellent in Customer Service, Steve Minjarez reseached a part I needed. The part was ordered, with an expected delivery the following Monday. Living an hour from Las Cruces, I specifically requested that when the part arrives that I be contacted, of which Steve agreed he would. I understand things can go wrong, that Monday I tried calling Winsuppy several times but neither of the phone numbers that I had available didn't work, apparently their telephone system was down. Now here lies my dissatisfaction, Steve could have at least call me with his cell phone to let me know the part didn't arrive as expected. Not knowing why or what happened to their phone service I took a chance and drove to store the Tuesday after, I spoke with Steve and he suggested I wait until UPS delivery later that afternoon and said he would call me. At 3:30 pm I went back to Store, no Steve, he went home for the day, lucky UPS just arrived with the part. Horrible Customer Service on Steve's behalf!
Very difficult to even look at there product. Not helpful at all about what they carry. When I asked questions about there showrolm.
Las Cruces Winnelson is the only plumbing supplier I use and send my customers too.
Some bad some excellent. Called to get a part was told they would get back to me. Crickets. Called back and got someone who was extremely helpful and went out of their way and found a way to get my part without the shipping charges.
It's too bad that the management has pushed so many people away. The front end people are great. But the management is so bad that it over shadows their hard work.
