My refrigerated unit went out and I was fortunate to have it fixed in less than 48-hours of me calling for an appointment. The technician explained what he was doing and was friendly and knowledgeable. Was much cheaper to fix than I thought too!! Highly recommend
We needed a toilet replaced several weeks ago, and before the technician arrived Sun City sent a text saying that Jeff was on the way, AND sent a photo of him! That was special. We also decided to go all electric and to replace our gas furnace with a heat pump. Jessy andSocorro were on time, very professional, and got our new system up and running in record time. They were great.

I had a major leak in my ceiling and they came out within two hours and fixed the leak. The same week I had a problem with my air conditioner and they fixed it quickly and professionally. To do the pipe repair, they had to cut big holes in the wall and ceiling. Todd came out and did an incredible job with the repairs. I can't tell where the holes were! Sun City is just plain professional. I would not call anyone else for plumbing and air conditioning.
Got the air conditioning up and running in decent time. However, when I went to pay the $250, I was charged $265, I paid $270 (thinking this must have included tax etc.) and for the guy to have an extra $5 to have lunch on me, well I get the e-mail receipt showing $247.75, paid $247.75; in all I was ripped off $22.25 w/ample time for the guy to give me the difference and did not. Further, the part was quoted to be about $30, but they charge $150, so charging 500% on the item to gain 400% profit, and was told by customer service that this is the competitive price, disregarding the profit percentage charged to their customer (capitalism is based on 20% to customers) Disappointed he would have ripped me off like that. I am happy with the service provided, but not the costs associated.
I had Stevie and Aaron come to my house on June 20th to re-set a toilet that was rocking like a rocking chair. They also sanitized my RO system. They were absolutely wonderful. They showed up on time and were just so polite and professional. They were clean and thorough. When I called the office to schedule my appointment; I spoke to Lar and she was so nice and professional on the phone. I had asked for Stevie specifically and she informed me that he was booked for a couple of weeks. I didn’t care about the wait because it wasn’t an urgent situation. So worth the wait! Sun City Plumbing and Heating is the most reliable Plumbing and Heating/AC company in Las Cruces. They are honest and ethical and have the best owners and employees in this city. They are not like those companies that come out and just slap things together. If you ever have a problem or question; they will bend over backwards to help you and make sure that you are satisfied with their work. They are the best!
Jeff and Johnny worked all day on my roof in the heat to replace the old furnace with a heat pump. They are very efficient, professional, and do high-quality work. I recommend them highly!
Had to have a water heater replaced and called Sun City for help. Daniel and Joel showed up on time and got straight to work. It was not an easy job but they did great and were very helpful in explaining info about the new heater. Would highly recommend!

We recently had an addition done, and Sun City did the plumbing and HVAC work. Jeff and Nate did a great job, and we would not hesitate to use Sun City again.

Yet another great experience with the team (Esmeralda always starts things off wonderfully) from Sun City, this time featuring Lalo, an obviously competent and can-do young man. Lalo not only performed a seasonal check-up on our system, but he managed to figure out why a mini-split wasn't working -- all while being a pleasure to have without and within our home. Thank you and keep up the good work!

I had an issue with the drain pipe in the kitchen of my 60 year old house. A couple different plumbers showed up before Sun City. They would snake it for 30 mins then call it a day. I would pay the money only for my drain to get clogged again within a couple days, then the other companies would ghost me or slap me with a ridiculous quote for thousands of dollars. Sun City totally took care of me. They were the most professional and experienced plumbers I've ever hired. Daniel and Josh spent hours snaking and flushing the drain pipes instead of just guessing that it was a collapsed pipe. I definitely recommend them to anyone that need a good experienced plumber.
Daniel is AMAZING and so knowledgeable! He installed my water softener and very throughly walked me through everything I needed to do to maintain it and how to use it. I also got some ceiling work done by Todd and you can’t even tell where he replaced my ceiling! The repair is absolutely seamless if I hadn’t seen the before I’d have no idea part of the ceiling was ever replaced!
Brian and Omar did a great job cleaning out our vents. Always courteous and punctual. I would definitely recommend Sun City for cleaning vents.
Raul and Gonzalo converted our HVAC system from swamp cooler to refridgerated air. Dave, the electrical subcontractor, handled all of the necessary electrical work. We are extremely pleased with the high quality of their work, their responsiveness to questions, workspace cleanliness and overall attitude toward the project and us. We highly recommend Sun City and this team.
