Called today because my AC was not working properly. Jorge came out a few hours later and provided excellent service. He even went to go get a part that was needed before the store closed and came back to finish the job even after closing hours of the company. He was able to get my AC unit running again. Jorge answered all my questions and was very helpful and informative. I recommend Sobellas for your AC and heater services.
Joe A. Did an excellent job diagnosing the problem with my refrigerator water dispenser. He was able to look to see that they had the part in the warehouse and scheduled a follow up the next afternoon to install. He even cleaned behind the refrigerator while he was back there installing the part.
David and Juan were very professional and personable. They worked efficiently, paid attention to detail and answered all our questions. Very happy with the install.

I used SoBellas to replace my hvac system. Price was competitive and comparable to other companies I talked to. Carlos helped me pick the perfect system for my home and Juan and David did a beautiful job on the installation. I had so many questions and they always had time to answer even after install. I have no doubt this is the best hvac company in Las Cruces, highly recommend.

I've used them 4 times. I should have a punch card! Always on time, professional, and get an appointment set quick. If it is something minor, have them repair it. If it is something major, just replace it - the cost of repair is as much as replacement of your basic value appliance. $95 trip cost.....
So Bella’s is always quick and responsive. Joe, my service man, had to make two trips to evaluate and then repair my dryer. He was kind, he explained everything he did, and why the dryer was broken. It quiet and good as new now!
I am a property manager. I had to replace a HVAC unit. I originally spoke with Jose for the quote. He delivered in a timely manner and was able to schedule the install within a few days. Juan and David were the installers. They were on point, arrive on time and and were very professional. I will use this company again in the future. Great service all around.

Very dissatisfied. The technician didn't actually fix anything, and didn't seem to not be knowledgeable about the appliance. He basically told us to Google why the dishwasher would be leaking. That's why we called them! That was $95 down the drain!! Update after "response" from owner: I don't need another tech, I figured it out on my own and fixed it (and I have NO experience or training). What you should have done was give me a refund since your tech literally just told me to google the fix! He also said that the door gasket "may or may not" fix the issue. So, no need to discuss anything. If you are going to respond, be helpful and useful, not just respond so that people will see it and think you care.
They had to go up on roof to install. Got very hot up there. Did a great job, courteous and answered my questions. This was for David and Juan. Thank you
