Hector has taken care of my HVAC needs for more than 13 years. He is reliable, honest and hard-working. The original HVAC system I had was installed by a contractor hired by the builder of my home. When it started to fail (it was not such a great unit), it was during the heat of the summer. Hector came out right away (it was a weekend) and got it to run until he could install a replacement unit several days later. The new unit has performed flawlessly. He does not cut corners and he takes great pride in his work. In the past, I have had poor luck with other companies, but I have had great luck with Hector. He is the best.

My realtor hired Hector to do some work on my water heater. Things seemed to be going well until we ran into a miscommunication. Instead of reacting with patience, Hector became angry and started yelling at me. It was really unnecessary -- all we needed was to talk and listen to each other. Also, before getting impulsive, he made a couple of unprofessional comments. They would have been appropriate in a bar, not a customer's house. I'm sure he saw them as compliments, but coming from him, they were unwanted.
The work he did on our water heater...well it has sprung a leak again, at the water pipes. Apparently, he didn't fix it right the first time, they appear to not be sealed correctly or not at all. Previous review: Didn't want to work on something that would have taken all of 15 mins to troubleshoot. Said he lost money the last time he worked on it. Well, we paid whatever the amount was he charged, so if he lost money, then that's his fault for not charging enough! Needless to say, we will not use Polar Breeze again; and we had used them before, and had mediocre service at best. But, not now. Oh, and the thermostat he replaced, came loose, because he didn't use wall anchor. Down graded to 1 star; if we could rate with 0 stars, I would. Also, Señor Acosta likes to snoop around, I'm not sure what's so interesting in our house. And if he can, he sits around and lets his workers do subpar work.
We called late on Thursday evening with AC problems. Hector came out and was able to fix the problem and we were able to get our work done. Hector was easy to deal with and made sure we were happy before he left. Thanks Hector .
Came out to look at our heater.. Told us it was broke then charged us $65 dollars. Not even half an hour worth of work. Ripoff
Came out same day and diagnosed the problem. Got the air running in the meantime and came back again after parts were in and fixed the problem. Charges for parts were accurate, and even gave me discount on labor. Thanks Hector
These people are con artists over charging for parts and labor watch out or you may become there next victim

So far I've heard alright things about the company no bad reviews. One thing that I don't know and is really important is if they do 24hrs services

My family and our pets have been sitting in sweltering heat inside our house because these guys keep blowing us off, not calling us back and missing our appointments. The only reason we kept trying is because they were the ones that replaced the exact same parts last year. Poor service, poor quality.
