During record high temperatures and a holiday, Medina's went out of their way to ensure my elderly father was comfortable when his a/c went out. Medina is run by genuinely good people. This is our second time calling them during a crisis, the first time was a plumbing issue, and I honestly can't give them enough stars in this review. Great people and great work.
Medina's plumbing did some small jobs (fixing leaky taps, checking for water pressure, visual inspection of HVAC and Cooling system) for me over last week. Very pleased with their work.

Very good experience with Medina Plumbing. The visit was timely and once they returned after retrieving the correct size line snake, they cleared a stubborn clogged drain. I was appropriately charged as the tech clarified the service particulars on the phone with the clerk which saved me $30. The techs were both very good.
Asked for clog in sink fixed. Wanted to charge me $18k to fix non-existent problem. Did charge me $500 for problem they created. 2nd plumber found and fixed problem for next to nothing.

Over priced. They bidded a job that was three times what other companies bidded.
We called this place of business in hopes of getting our drain unclogged. First time they came we made aware the clog was coming from the washing machine drain. They refused to acknowledge this and persisted it was coming from sewer line or the bathroom. After they performed the job the clog came back within a day. We called them back and the owner said they would come out personally to check it out. When he came out he persisted that we needed to redo our whole piping in order to get rid of the clog which he quoted $1300 cash for the job. I let hom know we did not have that amount of cash to fix the issue and he could just attempt to unclog the drain from washer drain instead. He said he would come back and do it for free. When he came back he did the same as the previous worker did and only ran the snake from the bathroom and insisted that it did not need to be unclogged from the washer drain. After he was done I asked him to stay so I could run the washer to see if indeed the clog was fixed which he immediately left and as he did it once again flooded with water. I then proceeded to Lowes hardware to buy a snake myself. Ran it thru the washer drain line. Ran a cycle. & yes the clog was GONE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY ONLY WANTED ME TO PAY $1300 for new pipes which were not needed! Thank you for once again reminding me I just need to do the work myself rather then get scammed.
Contacted Medina Plumbing for the first time today and they responded by sending Saul and David within one hour. They were able to pinpoint the problem and resolve within a very short time. From the initial contact via phone with Anthony and the scheduler to the visit by the owner and technicians it was an overall pleasant experience. We highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.
This is an A+ plumbing company! Excellent service and readily available on short notice. If you want a plumber to be your friend and do an excellent job, then Medina is who you need!

A terrible installation of a water heater. When we called back to have them fix, they agreed there were issues but stated there would be additional charges to re-install! I will not be using them again and recommend you don’t either.

When I called the woman on the other end was extremely professional, she was very polite, and knowledgeable and took down all my information and sent the technician out within an hour . These gentlemen come out and are very professional and do a great job ! They repaired my clogged drain just in an hour, the total cost was reasonable. These guys definitely have all of my future business 👍👏🥇
My hot water heater stopped working. I called everywhere and was put on a 2 week waiting list at the other places. The lady who answered the phone (sorry I don’t remember your name) was so helpful and got us squeezed in between jobs. The guys who came were very helpful. They got it started but pointed out it was installed in 2002 and would need to be replaced. They have me a very reasonable quote and I will definitely use them again!!
like all issues, I had a sink in our only restroom backup just before a family get together. After a few failed attempts to clear it out myself and using half of the foul language in my vocabulary. I scheduled an appointment with another plumber and the day of the appointment they cancelled on me. now it's the day before the party I called Medina's plumbing. He was able to find me a spot in his busy schedule to help me out of my predicament. I was very worried about the possible raking over the coals I was about to receive for the rapid service. I technician showed up early and was very prompt at finding the issue and resolving it. The best part was the company's professionalism, honesty and very fair pricing. This nightmare is off the list of things to do before everyone comes into town and takes over my one restroom house. I recommend Medina's plumbing. Thank you for everything
