We had a gas emergency on the Friday going into the Fourth of July weekend and they were here in two hours to fix it and prevent us from going 4 days with no gas. I can't thank them enough. Marlo the technician and Amanda the dispatcher were both super. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.
Maddox Plumbing saved us during a gas emergency we had a on the Friday before a long Fourth of July weekend. We would have been without gas for five days and I called and they had someone out on an emergency basis within two hours who solved the problem. The technician, Marlo, was great, the dispatcher, Amanda, was great. Overall, I can’t recommend them enough. Ten stars!

Had a water softener installed. Quality work at a reasonable price. Also, they showed up on time. Will use again if the need arises.

A Maddox representative came out to discuss what we thought our needs were. He was so professional as to point out that the smart meter that has been installed by the city would tell us AND the city if we had any leak problems. He gave us a course of action to take that would not require the work we thought we needed saving us a ton of money. VERY Professional, VERY knowledgeable and was much appreciated. Thank you MADDOX.

I cannot speak highly enough of the responsiveness, professionalism, and effectiveness of the Maddox team. I’ve had a host of plumbing issues ranging from jacuzzi jet dysfunction to cut-off valve failures to irrigation system leaks, and Maddox has resolved each and every one of them promptly and effectively. I will call no other plumber in Las Cruces! Maddox people are the best!
11:30pm- all of our drains are clogged and overflowing. Maddox plumbing arrives within 15 minutes and quickly solves the problem! Such incredible service for an after hour emergency!
Lee is very courteous and professional. He went above and beyond to service my cooler, checking and cleaning all parts so my cooler will be issue-free, this summer. I really appreciate is experience and work ethic.

He arrived early (and that was a good thing) and finished the work quickly. He was friendly and helped our family get back to our normal routine without any disruption.
I would not even give them a star. I asked around town and a bunch of friends warned me about these guys. I still called because they were available sooner than other companies. Trust me- next time I'll wait for another company. What a mess. .. and they did some shaddy stuff with my credit card. Charge .. return money ... charge again. What was that for?? Lee was very knowledgeable, and an all around nice guy. Not only did he fix the issue, he left me with a plethora of information regarding my furnace and water heater units. Showed up early and stayed until the issue was resolved. Best service in Las Cruces!! Anyone in need of plumbing service Maddox is the one!!

Demetrio is awesome, professional, and very observant. I value his expertise. The next day Jason figured out that the new Delta faucet has a new configuration for turning on the hot water PLUS there was sediment in the new faucet strainer from the installation the day before. That is what convinced me to ask DEMITRI to schedule a water softener install.
