Just FYI, these guys don't sell parts without an account which requires a license. Do it yourselfers not allowed. I can understand the freon but simple parts ?? . Oh well.

I've been here many times and never had any customer service worth mentioning but on the last trip to pick up supplies, Christopher gave the best costumer service I've had at that location. Friendly and helpful.
Excellent customer service! They helped us troubleshoot and find the part we needed to repair our 17 year old Lennox furnace. When its 30 degrees outside, you need your heat. Thank you!

Awesome service! A family member sent my daughter a package from here and it did not have a note etc for us to figure out who sent it or why- I called them up and they were so kind in looking into it immediately- they were very personable and even asked if we liked the products! I could tell they knew the sender and the entire conversation was pleasant! And the products are awesome!

Bought a $20 cheap Chinese part. Turned out I didn't need it. Tried to return it less than two hours later, new in box. They said it was installed and refused return. Avoid this place, I always try to support local but will be going to Home Depot or Lowe's next time.
Ruben provided us with exceptional customer service services. He was fast, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to provide me with a motor for my furnance which no other company in Las Cruces carried or would not help me because I didn't have a serial #. As soon as Ruben saw the motor I brought in he knew exactly what to get me. Thank you Johnstone supply!
