We worked directly with the business. They were quite responsive to what we requested and installed a new central air unit on the ground as opposed to the roof, along with a furnace and thermostat that correlated with the central air. They quoted and invoiced us what was quoted . We would recommend them to anyone needing work done. This was for our rental property. We are older senior citizens and have to be frugal with our money. I made a mistake chosing these people. Don't make my same mistake. I paid in full upfront and now they are ignoring me. Armando decided to cut corners and not get a permit for the installation. On top of that they did not finish in one day like they said. They left my house on Monday Nov 4th with no notice of when they would come back. I told them if they didn't come the next day I wouldn't be available till the following week. Called the office at 320 the follow day, Tuesday, and clueless Martha couldn't tell me anything but I'll call you back. She never did. In fact she has never followed through and called me back. Before they started the installation I confirmed that they would haul away the old stuff. The old ac is still sitting in my back yard waiting on Martha to call back and explain why it wasn't taken. Now I have to call in an other contractor to get a permit because I can't do it myself and Aircon obviously has no intention of fixing or even acknowledging what they failed to do. If you choose this company don't let them install until they show proof of a permit. It's also best to pay half to begin because they will ignore you if you trust them and pay in full upfront. Learn from my mistakes please.

Our AC stopped working on a Monday afternoon. We called and left a message at 6pm that evening after several attempts of turning it off and back on. They returned our call a few minutes after 8am the following day! They sent someone over right away, the bad part was replaced and he had finished everything by 10AM. We were so happy with how quickly they resolved our issue. He was very courteous and professional. If we find ourselves with AC problems again, we are definitely calling AirCon for the Job. (BTW: we live out in the MESQUITE area)
Had a new unit installed in 2019. The installation was perfect, there were no problems or surprises, and the guys did a great job. They were professional, and courteous, and cleaned up after themselves when they were done! Super job!
Armando is an absolute pleasure to work with. On move in day he was able to come to our new house within 10min and get our furnace running. He even showed me how to reset the system if it tripped again. Fast forward two weeks, Armando came out to do a full cleaning of our HVAC and he did an AMAZING JOB! The previous owners NEVER changed the filter or did any sort of routine maintenance of any kind. Armando was able to get it looking and working like new again. He even noticed a bracket was missing to hold the filter in place and offered to get us one. Look no further for an HVAC technician. He takes Credit Cards too!
