Called late at night and by 8 the next morning was here and was able to fix my ac. Was one of the only people that was “24 hours” and actually picked up when I called. 100% recommend Gilbert he was professional, knew what he was doing and timely. Thank you air max
I highly recommend this company I had an issue with my unit and even tho they were extremely busy this time of year they still took the time to help me out and got me up and running. I will be a returning customer and highly recommend them
So so grateful for our experience!!! Our AC went out when it was 106 outside and he came to see us that day. He fixed it so quickly I couldn’t even believe it. Such a kind guy, so helpful and informative!! He got us in when the bigger companies couldn’t, and he’ll be our go to guy from now on. Call him, you won’t regret it!
Gilbert has helped us twice now and its been great both times. Today he responded within an hour and fixed multiple problems with our AC and cleaned it all before it actually started to get hot outside. Very grateful and will recommend to others.
We had a disaster of a morning with our AC going out overnight! But Gilbert came to our rescue and fixed the issue the same day only a few hours after calling! He showed great professionalism, and even educated us on how to better maintain our AC system than the installers did! Once he arrived at our house, Gilbert was able to get us back up and running within an hour! I couldn't be more impressed with the service received, and recommend highly to anyone having hvac issues.
Gilbert Olvera with Airmax Heating, Cooling, and Refrigeration saved the day, literally. It was 9:00 pm Friday night, and our AC died! I called Gilbert, and he promised to come over first thing Saturday morning! Saturday Morning, at 7:00 am, Gilbert was at our door. He was done by 7:45! He, and his assistant, took the time to show us what the issue was, and also detailed what he did to fix it. It cost us, but it was not out of the realm of outrageousness. It was worth it, especially in this impossible El Paso heat! I recommend AirMax without any reservations or hesitations.
Gilbert and his team were responsive and on time for our appointment. They were thorough in cleaning and showing me images of before and after. They provided recommendations to maintain our hvac system and I intend to work with them going forward. This is a team you want to stick with.
I called this service and noticed that it was a 575 area code, and hung up thinking they would be super far from my home. I ended up calling another HVAC service and they told me they couldn't come to see my unit untill Tuesday. Gilbert told me he noticed my missed call around 8-9 PM and called me back asking if I needed services. He quickly told me he was on the west side of town and that he could be at my house in 37 min. He actually got here quicker, or it felt quicker. Any way. He got my AC unit up in running in about an hour. He was a super friendly gentleman, I honestly can't believe I was about to skip out on this company. It's like God said hold up. These are the HVAC guys you need. Got my call back and AC fixed all within a 3 hour period. They for sure going to be my go to if I ever need maintenance again. He even gave me pointers on how to prevent my AC from breaking or extended the life with a few simple maintenance per year. Super happy with this. Overall price it wasn't bad for a late night fix.
I highly recommend Gilbert Olvera at Air Max. A true professional and a nice guy. He fixed our unit at the last minute on a very hot Friday afternoon.
They came to my rescue when no one else was! Called them at 1pm today (it’s Saturday) and they were here at 4pm! No cooling in the middle of a heatwave is no good! Now my unit is running fine and they even cleaned out the coils…I will keep them on my speed dial for sure! Great service…great response time and super friendly!

Gilbert was super fast and did a great job at squeezing us in, my dad is 91 and he fix the air-conditioner wicked fast, he also cleaned everything up. Thank you!

Gilbert with Airmax could not have been more professional, fair priced or timely. Working with his guys was a much needed reminder that not every contractor in El Paso is crooked or not worth a penny. I will not hesitate to call him again.

For me the best in the field. Quality work.Really responsible and comprehensive.They are really detail in everything. The installation I got doesn't compare to others I had a really bad unit Mr. Olvera didnt make me wasted my money like other companies.He told me we needed to replace my unit, and so we did. Every penny was worth it. I highly recommend Airmax for your home comfort. Their Professionalism Cant be compare. He explained detail by detail what was best for my house. My A/C stopped working and Gilbert came to check it the same day when most other places were scheduling a week out. He gave me a thorough and honest assessment of my HVAC situation and was able to begin replacing the whole unit the following day and have it up and running the day after that. He kept me informed, gave me a detailed estimate, and his crew was very professional and worked very hard in extreme temperatures until the job was done. I highly recommend Air Max.
