Hessingers came to repair an outside leak in our water hose line a simple job. My husband had already dug up the hole to get to the area which had to be repaired and there was probably no more than 4 inches more to dig up. The tech came with a helper and although it was a one-man job, which had taken the original plumber an hour doing it alone, but together Hessingers took one hour and half. They did the job well, but their labor cost was $337.50 which was excessive. We had asked for a quote first, but they said it would be more than two weeks before they could quote us, and then longer for the job to be done so we went ahead waited two weeks for the actual plumber to come and do the job without a quote. Our mistake, the total for this simple job was $437.50 and with tax $475.45! Hessingers have a reasonable reputation, but my advice due to their excessive labor charges and sending two people to do a one-man job, which should have taken much less time with two people, be sure to get a quote first.

I called for an emergency and they returned my call almost 2 days later. They did a great job fixing my hot water PEX pipe though. Once they got here it only took an hour. To be honest out of the three plumbers I called, hessinger was the first to respond. Thank you!
This company has some of the best plumbers around. They were willing to come out after hours to repair our leaking pipe from our well. This is a great company to call for any plumbing issue's. Thank you Hessingers.
A little over a year ago Mr. Hessinger himself came out to give my MIL a quote on a new water heater and furnace installation. He ensured us a top notch installation. She was very specific about a Bryant furnace model that was very quiet. No problem with the water heater, but about a year later; the furnace is the LOUDEST furnace I’ve ever heard in a home. They even brought out a different model from the quote the first time, but we caught that during the installation and they had to take it out and bring the correct one. The duct work that they had to replace for the correct model is what’s making the noise. They also did not install the smart thermostat that we asked for (and paid extra for), but we let that slide. When I called to have them come out, they told me the furnace is still under warranty, but the labor warranty expired. I’m in the trades, and I know that a quality installation should outlast the equipment. They said I’d have to “pay for the labor if she sent someone out”. And I won’t even get into the inspection. Our plan was to use them for the next phase in our upgrade but that’s highly unlikely now.
This company is very good at what it does. They get back to you quickly and they do an excellent job. Highly recommended If you need a service that they provide why are not calling them? Do yourself a favor and make the call. The nicest people I have met. They will do you right.
Hessinger's Plumbing have provided me with heating, evaporative cooling, refrigerated cooling, mini-split and general plumbing services for several years at multiple properties and all that can really be said is this business operates with integrity. They have always been fair, well organized, professional and completely responsive not to mention they are very capable at their trade. They are actually a 5 star plus company in a world that could use a lot more like them.

I want to thank Hessinger's for a great experience in getting my hot water heater repaired. From getting the estimate with Chris, and having the work done by Daniel and Gabriel, all 3 employees were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I appreciate them answering all my questions about repairing the unit. Their confidence made me feel comfortable as an elderly widow dealing with such problems for the first time. Thank you!
Don't waste your time they won't fix the issue and will just try and keep charging you for there original mistake the Bb is definitely going to be contacted horrific Service
Horrible Service didn't fix the issue and then fraudulently put my signature on something I didn't agree to definitely use someone else
If you can use someone else's they'll give you a quote for one thing and tell you works being done then they don't do or fix what they say and try and charge hundreds more for them not even fixing the issue

Gabe Hessinger and his assistant, Jason, are the 2 young men who came to replace my 25-year-old gas furnace and gas hot water heater in my home. They showed up on time each day and stayed until the new furnace was perfectly operational before leaving the first day. Gabe and Jason were proficient, polite and respectful. They answered all my questions and were very knowledgeable. They were at my house 2 days in a row and cleaned up after themselves each day. There were a few difficulties with the installation of the new thermostat, but they stepped up to the challenge. I have a background in electrical and mechanical engineering. Therefore, I can totally appreciate the exceptional work that Gabe and Jason did in installing my new equipment. They made sure that the new furnace and water heater installations met the current building codes. I have hired several other workmen in the past to do work on my house or around my property who were very rude and not caring about what they were doing. Gabe and Jason were perfectionists and it was obvious that they wanted to do the best job possible. The price I paid for the new furnace and water heater was very reasonable. I really appreciated that they did not try to sell me equipment that would have been too large for the size of my home as another company did in their quote. Kris Hessinger, the owner, also did not try to sell me the most expensive equipment, knowing that I am a senior living on a limited income. The furnace and water heater they installed are perfect for my needs. Because they are such a reliable, fair and honest company, you have to be patient to be scheduled with them as they are booked for non-urgent, routine jobs several weeks in advance. I was willing to wait because of their integrity, great reputation and fairly priced quote. It was a pleasure to speak with their office staff who are also kind and professional. I would give Hessinger’s a 10-star rating if possible as they are an exception
