Had an oil to gas conversion done along with a new hot water heater and duct work. Bill and his crew were accommodating and friendly. Everything works great. After getting four different quotes, I went to with Craig's because he was the best price and the most helpful. Would highly recommend.
Used several times, very professional and does not rip customer off.

Realiable and reasonable
Came home from vacation and our house was HOT. Warm air coming from vents. I called Craig’s (it was a FB recommendation) Sunday morning around 9am thinking I would leave a message for Monday but surprisingly, he answered. Come out that day to see what problem was. Had to come back Monday amd attempt to fix motor on compressor, no good. We ended up getting new system. I have two little ones. Will and another gentleman installed 2 days later on 4th of July! Never charged for extra fees. Guys were very informative during entire 4 days and responded immediately when I had questions. HIGHLY recommend this company.
