Of course while it was super warm, our ac unit stopped working. We had a few different companies to get quotes. Some of the big name companies came out and even charged us to look at the unit to tell us there was nothing more to do. On top of that the furnace also went. Airtec was quick to come out and give a quote. The woman in the office was great with helping figure out a good financing program. All the installers were super nice and very clean. Even the electrician they used was great and very informative. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of these services.

I personally own and run a remodeling business and have brought in Airtec to do work for multiple homeowners. The new 18-month interest-free payment plan allowed me to get the work I needed without worry. The new York A.C. system (replacing my outdated system) is more energy efficient and is running great!

There service was excellent Tom was very courteous and knowledgeable. There price was very reasonable. Being a first caller and hoping for the best they were very professional. Not expecting them to show up on the hottest day of the year. They were here when they said they would be and this proved to me that there are still businesses that care about us. Thanks again you have a customer that will not hesitate to call back. Well called back for heat problem and as usual they were quick and reliable . That was 3 years ago and they were dependable . Thanks Tom. Well had them back again for air conditioning problems, had to way a few days but could understand the busiest it was with the hot weather. Eileen was helpful setting up an appointment and when they came out Tom was very professional worked his best to figure out the problem and solved it. Wait for the damage of over two hours of work, figured the bill was going to be high but believe me it was reasonable. Thanks again airtec for your professional beings.

I could not be more pleased by the responsiveness, professionalism, and value of Airtec Services. I have been working on "borrowed time" with my HVAC unit for the past several years. When I could not cool the house down below 78 degrees I knew there was a problem. I was able to hear back from Airtec quickly. Dan was at my house the next day to take a look at my system and provide a quote. Once we agreed on the details, I was able to get an install date only a few days later. Sweltering hot evenings of 80-90 temperatures inside my second floor condo unit can finally become a distant memory! The techs that installed the HVAC system were professional, on time, and very easy to work with. Just by seeing them talk to each other shows how serious they take their jobs and their customers. I received updates throughout the day on how the project was coming along and was surprised that they were able to take care of everything in one day. As soon as they switched the HVAC system on I could feel the difference. Airtec provided good financing options, as well as every competitive prices. Although I always try to my business local, they beat out several competitors in my area. Thank you for making a me a very satisfied customer!

Very negative experience, I explained the issues we were experiencing with the Central air, even with that information they diagnosed different issue and charge for less that half hour work $300, next day the AC had the same issues. The job was not guaranteed because I believed they know the AC will have same issues . I felt they just only came to take my money . No satisfactory with this job Sara

Do not use them if you want a quality service . We had our brand new units installed over a year ago and had nothing but problems since. Just to name a few: 1) units were attached to a sheetrock instead of a beam. They started leaning away from the walls onto the beds below 2) AC units suddenly stopped working shortly after installation 3) water lines were not properly installed to route the water away from the house. Currently water is dripping right outside of one of the bedroom windows onto the roof below. They tried to fix this, but the problem is still there 4) One of the units started leaking inside the house after they fixed leaning away issue. We are not able to use a bedroom since May because of this leak. I lost count how many times they came over for each of the issues or how many times I had a phone conversation with their owner to report a new one. Her only response is " let me call you back". She rarely does.

The WORST. Called 2 weeks ago when our a/c had an issue- they said they would call the following Monday to set an appointment. That Monday the guy calls me that he's going to be at my house in 5 minutes, no notice or appointment. Scheduled appointment for that Friday. Came out said the motor needs a part, charged over 100 and said he would order the part and call us Monday. Monday was a holiday so no call, fine, then Tuesday nothing- I called, woman in office said he would call back. All day Wednesday, nothing. Then she says the part still has to be located- still no call from the technician who was supposed to call. Woman was very rude- I asked for check back and will find someone else. She had the nerve to say that they can't be expected to call everyone back within 24 hours...hello but more than 24 hours have passed since Monday, and even yesterday when I called to follow-up. Very unprofessional. Only call if you like to wait with no follow-up and zero professionalism.
