It was hot as H..LL in our house and Paul came in and cheerfully corrected our problem. The thermostat needed to be replaced. He took his time carefully explaining how the new one worked. Once again, Fante's provided great service!
* UPDATE: THE SYSTEM WAS INSTALLED YESTERDAY AND WE LOVE IT! Paul came and looked at our very old system and he said it was time to get a new one. This system was installed by Fante's over 21 years ago, so I think we got our moneys worth. We are getting a new system installed by Fante's HVAC team soon! Thanks to everyone!
I was very satisfied with Dusty and the woman who worked with him. They worked do long and today i was so happy to have a new air conditioning system!! They were on time and very professional.

Service Gentleman by the name of “Rick” was very professional, friendly, listened to my questions and answered them fully . He saw that we are taking care of our system and he advised us to sign up for a service membership . His transition was flawless. I did not feel as though I was forced/ pushed into purchasing anything. Because of that I purchased the service membership I will definitely refer this company to others especially because of this young man. You gave a good employee… keep him happy and ur company will thrive!!
We had an AC and HVAC installed on Thursday June 29. On Sunday July 2 it stopped working in the morning. The compressor would not turn on and it was hot. Paul Capone arrived and did not leave until the job was completed properly. The drain for the water condensation was not right and kept backing up. He was in the mud in our crawl space but wouldn’t leave until it was working properly. We are very thankful!
New HVAC lennox system installed. Rep and helpers did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. Installed S40 thermostat and explained how it works. We are very satisfied customers.
If I could give one thousand stars, I definitely would. We are beyond satisfied with the professionalism, experience, and care that Ricarlo showed, during his visit to us. We were also so happy that he and Ricardo, his Supervisor were in the area and were able to help us earlier. I recommend Ricarlo to everyone. We are customers for life and can’t thank Fante’s enough!

We called Fante's for help with our water heater (which was installed by another company last year). Our message was responded to promptly, and plumber Bill Johnson came out to help us the next morning. Bill was on time, polite, professional, and friendly. We decided to go forward with the repair, which was quickly and competently addressed by Bill and the team at the office the same day. Bill answered all our questions and was patient in showing me how to turn the hot water back on after the glue had been given time to set properly. It was easy, and the hot water was restored. Thanks to Bill and Fante's! We highly recommend them.
Bob and Steve took care of us when our control board on our HVAC system went out. The system was still under warranty and the guys did a great job communicating the issues, contact Lennox to verify warranty coverages, and getting our home back down to cooler temperatures as the summer heat increase.
