They will me my new AC company
Called about my mother and special needs daughter at Crestwood village yesterday, explained to them that my mom has speech issues and to call me upon arrival IN THE HOME! They pulled up to front door called me ( I'm at work so couldn't answer in court) and the drove off! no service! Called them back and they said in an hour service person would go back NEVER DID NOR DID THE CALL BACK THIS MORNING MOM SHOULD OF BEEN FIRST! Then rude rude inconsiderate female told me MONDAY! I will be reporting them and the female to better business bureau the moment I am done with this review!
My wife and I live in Crestwood Village 4 and are overjoyed and impressed by the professional work ethic provided by the employees at Berge Hvacr. They completely replaced our A/C system without any issues in less than 6 hours. We highly appreciated everything their crew did and highly recommend them to anyone requiring their A/C system to be replaced. Our many thanks to the entire Berge Hvacr team. 👍🏻- Fred & Michelle 🫱🏿🫲🏻

When I arrived home, I found a BERGE truck encroaching on my parking space which caused me to have to park somewhere else. I walk with difficulty (handicap placard). I let the man in the truck know - he ignored me - he didn't speak English. Contracted by Crestwood Village to complete this work, BERGE'S two workers reluctantly came into my home and continued to be silent -angered that I had mentioned my inconvenience. Despite this dismal lack of professionalism, an amazing young man named "Alex" came in and communicated clearly, carefully, respectfully. Alex said that Berge would not do any work for me. The man who answered the phone at BERGE told me that I was mentally ill and told me that I had "anger issues" about 31 times. I called to apologize for any inconvenience and to explain the situation. "THE MAN" belittled me, spoke over me, made accusations that only a person who had major anger issues would do. This company won't get my business nor will it enjoy my positive reviews. I know many folks here in Whiting. This is the second time this company's workers have exhibited abusive, rude behavior. We're gonna hit ya in the pocketbook BERGE.

I got my central air conditioner replaced by Berge yesterday. Yes, in November. This team was absolutely terrific. On time, clean, knowledgeable, fast, very professional and very nice, all of them. They are in my town and I like to support my little town. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any work. I will certainly use them for anything else I need. Great company!
Great staff - Great Installation - Great Pricing - Jason, Charlie, Jeff, Eddie and the rest of the team were very professional and knowledgeable during the installation of my Central AC System. The removal and replacement was done in about 6 hours. All attention to details were followed till completion. At one point the company owner also stopped during the course of the job to make sure all was going smooth. I would also like to give a should out to their electricians Leo and Vince for the replacement panel and their ability to schedule a date convenient for all of us. Thanks to Karen or taking care of all the details regarding the necessary permits and working closely with the homeowners association.

They looked at my unit for 2 minutes an told me I needed a whole new unit at over $8000. My son came over an repaired the drain pipe for $20 an my air works great. There was nothing wrong with my air conditioner 🤔This review is not fake. I live in Cedar Glen Lakes. I called ur company an an over weight man middle aged came to our home , he went into the attic an 2.minutes later came to tell me I needed a whole new system for $8000. He said I would have to wait because they were in high demand an it was a.2 month wait. I called my son, he went in the crawl space an repaired an.eeplaced the drain pipe. My air is working excellent. Thank U son an shame on Berge

My Mother had an old AC System that needed to be replaced so she contacted Berge HVACR they came looked at everything & gave her an estimate that she was very comfortable with...Guys showed up few days later & installed full AC system...These guys are hard workers! Every guy that was at the house was VERY polite , our dog barked the whole time they were here & they didn’t complain at all & they didn’t miss a beat, installed the system in no time! Plus they went above & beyond with the clean up & getting old system out. Such a clean installation, attention to detail things they didn’t have to do but they went above & beyond & did it anyway...I’m not a review writing person but I had to write this...Great Company & a great team of guys! Thank You guys so much, Theresa & Vincent

My air conditioner broke down on Sunday. I waited until Monday morning to call for repairs and Berge was the first place I called. The receptionist put me directly through to Gary. He said he would do his best to get someone to my home that day. I called around 12:30 to see if I was in the list for that day and he said he was still working on it, they had a lot of calls come in. He called me at 2:10 to say the techs were on their way and would be there in a few minutes. Not more than five minutes passed and they were in my driveway! Jeff and his assistant looked the unit over, figured out the repair, made the replacement and were gone within 15 minutes. I just had enough time to close my windows before they left. They were both polite and professional. THANK YOU BERGE HVACR for a wonderful experience.
