VIP Hvac came through. Wasn't sure why my AC wasn't working and after exhausting all avenues of endless possibilities I reached out to VIP Hvac. Hector came within an hour and just like that serviced my dual zone Hvac system and found the problem. After running several tests and noticing that I was out of freon, my AC unit started blowing cold air immediately. Things been running smooth ever since. Check out their service packages. I haven't seen anything like this before. Great service for the price and very knowledgeable as well.
My family couldn't ask for a more caring, compassionate and committed professional, who is truly proficient in his craft! I respect the fact that Hector places customer service and satisfaction at the top of his list. Hector and his team were prompt, hardworking, and genuine. With such short notice, he was able to accommodate my family. I appreciate and respect the fact that Hector took the time explain the intricacies of our AC system and how to maintain it. He stayed extremely late to make sure we understood the system. He would call and text to check up on us. I recommend Hector and VIP HVAC wholeheartedly as it is hard to find professionals of his caliber.
Hector is very professional, prompt and dependable. I needed someone in a short time frame due to the holiday weekend. The upfront quote for the visit was comparable to others, I’ve called prior. He was able to come out the following day assessing my HVAC . He’s thoroughness and attention to the smallest details told me he knew what is was doing. He also gave me tips on correctly handling the filters and the importance of working batteries in the thermostat. I’m very thankful for VIP HAC services for getting the job done. Five glove value and treatment. I would recommend this business.

In these very cold weathers, when some of my Radiators didnt work, I was on phone looking for the right technician for over 5 hours! trying to find someone good and experienced who will be able to fix the problem. some of the technicians i called even came down to my house, I paid them a service fee, but they could not help me. Hector was the first of so many plumbers whom I tried, who gave me a nice amount of time and communicated well and he was the first whom I felt understood me. appreciate it! it was so hard to find someone with so much expertise (and patience)

Had problem with thermostat where heat couldn't be monitored...Hector assessed everything and explained it perfectly where this dummy could understand, and pretty much solved the issue...hes honest and very thorough and mind you he came out on a Sunday morning..I would highly recommend as the goto HVAC guy...2 thumbs up

Recently I needed a boiler replacement in my residence. After contacting VIP HVAC, I as a consumer am completely satisfied. Both gentlemen, Anton and Hector provided exemplary service, they were polite and very detailed with their work. They demonstrated not only great customer service, but their level of professionalism is truly outstanding. My experience with VIP HVAC has been very rewarding and I would highly recommend them to anyone requiring HVAC services!
Don’t bother trying to use someone else if you are looking for responsive and honest work for a good price. Won’t be using anyone else in the future other than Hector and his team. Refused to cut corners and did the job right.
