We just got home and had no heat, we called at 11pm on a Friday night, instead of charging for an emergency visit, they walked me through solving the problem myself, saving me over $500!! These guys are knowledgeable and better yet, HONEST. When it comes to hvac, it can get pricey… better to work with people you can trust… Not to mention they didn’t charge a penny, and spent an hour on the phone with me to diagnose then repair and check my unit.
This company is completely professional and efficient . There prices are fair and reasonable . I would recommend them to family , friends and neighbors!

I questioned all the positive reviews. They seemed a little too much but everyone was right. Can’t say enough good things about Sasha and the job he did. He’s my go to guy from this point forward when it comes to heating and air-conditioning issues.
Amazing service. From the beginning, Sasha explained everything step by step. His prices are unbeatable! He was early to the job & finshed before the time he said he would. The heat is working exactly as it should. The thermostat he installed is so convient to control everything. The AC I won't know how it works until spring but I'm sure its just as good as the heat has been. Very happy with his work and will recommend him to anyone who needs work!

Had my heat go out last week during the cold front in the evening. Most places I called were closed or couldn’t get a technician out till the next day. Avatar home services were at my home within a hour of me making my call to them. They quickly found the issue and repaired it that night! They were very professional and the tech didn’t just rush through to get it done. He took his time and didn’t make me feel like it was a bother for him to be there at that late of an hour..will be definitely be using for any future issues I may run into
