Reggie and Renee repaired the ductwork, removed an old dehumidifier and expertly patched holes. They were very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them!!

Words can't describe the dedication and care that goes into their work. The amount of hours they put in, is unreal. They will arrive at any time of the day or night, and not leave until it is complete. When I first needed HVAC service, I was a single female, new homeowner, living alone, who knew nothing about heating and cooling systems. I desperately needed help, and was afraid of being taken advantage of. I also felt uncomfortable calling a male stranger to come out to my home. I asked around for references, and someone recommended Renee and Reggie. The first time I called them, Renee had me walk her through my problem and send her pictures of my unit. She tried to diagnose the problem over the phone to see if it was something relatively simple that I could fix myself. They genuinely care about providing great service and doing what is best for their customers. My unit is over 20 years old and is working perfectly now thanks to their service and maintenance. In addition to being extremely knowledgeable, they are incredibly friendly. I couldn’t be happier with their service and have already recommended them to friends. They don’t come better than Globe. Renee and Reggie came out for same day service for a broken water heater. No surprises, straight forward and fair. Renee and Reggie will make you feel like friends, not clients. Top notch service with no hidden fees or “extras”. Highly recommended.
Amazing Team.. I was given their number by my plumber and electrician....the best number I ever asked for. This husband and wife team are amazing. They were able to help me get my heat on then a week later came out to fix my heating system because it was supposed to get to 11 degrees.... I would recommend this company a million times....xoxo
Renee (owner) was very professional, knowledgeable, and customer centric. After explaining my situation she dispatched a highly experienced field technician to troubleshoot my small business heating system. The tech was very skilled and methodical when determining what the issue was, got me up and running, then gave me options to both fix and maintain my system going forward. Whereas other local companies I called on were quick to replace the entire system (dual A/C and Heat) without investigating, Globe was perfectly comfortable doing only what was required (Heat Exchanger) to get me back up and running and shared many tips and minor alterations to address all my concerns about the unit's operation. Bottom line is that you can trust that these folks who are honest and customer focused and who only want to win your trust and keep your system running at peak performance. Thanks Renee and Reggie!
