They installed a new HVAC and air conditioning unit on my house 3 years ago and we’ve had nothing but problems with both heat and air conditioning since. They are responsive, but one of the times we had issues with the ac they had to come out 3 separate times and gave us 3 separate answers on what the issue was, even blaming poor quality on the company who built the unit they were happy to install in my house. The most recent issue our air went out on a Saturday night and they did send someone out that night to look at it and determine the problem, but 3 days later I have yet to hear from them on if they have the part and if they can come fix it and I’ve called twice.
A.M. Botte responded very quickly after my call about my hot water heater. Jim suggested I switch from the oil hook up to an electric hot water tank. He connected me with Dustin who was very responsive and explained all of my options clearly. Joe and Ryan showed up on time and were very professional. They worked quickly and efficiently. I'm very satisfied with the company and would highly recommend them to others.
I had no cool air in the house, Nicko came out and almost right away knew exactly what the issue was. He was knowledgeable and super professional! Will definitely use them again!
Covered everything top to bottom. The installation went flawlessly, the AC unit is perfect. I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone looking to replace or add an additional unit. Professionalism to a tee, you couldn't tell they were here, drop cloths, hung plastic over my TV. Great Company, from the request for information to the install, fast response, quick to schedule, fast installation. I could not be happier!

I had A.M. Botte Mechanical come out today for a/c tune up. Nick the service tech did a great job. The unit had some issues that I would not have about or don’t think about. Nick explained what was going on and what the proper numbers should be on the a/c unit. I could not be any happier with the service.

This is the second time I’ve used A.M. Botte. Service was excellent again and Nickolaos was amazing. Was supposed to be just maintenance but a small issue was found before it got worse.

We have a twin that had no ac and radiators. We had 4 people out to give us their proposals for the way to best approach the fix of a 3 story with an attic in use for this type of thing. We got three of the 4 with similar ideas. In the end am botte was the middle priced of the three. But the spread was only about 10%. In the end I felt more comfortable with the estimate, the realistic and no pressure quote, and the option to choose between two high quality vendors with them. It ended up being better with each step. The pre install walk through helped us prepare a week ahead of time. Then installation was completely flawless. The team arrived and left on time every day, they communicated everything well, they were way cleaner than we were expecting, and the system has been a dream since we got it two weeks ago. We ended ups with two outside heat pumps and 5 inside mini split heads spread out over three floors with one for each bedroom and one large for the downstairs. While they were here I was able to get a quote for the installation of a vent and duct for our bathroom as well that we will use them for. And then after the installation, their office staff has been great for communicating what we need to do for paperwork for the pse and g home financing, the warranty, and the permits. I would recommend this company without hesitation.
