My furnace was not staying lit I called anchor, cooling and heating Tony was at my house in about a half hour he was fantastic he cleaned my furnace repaired the the part that was not working.Tony was very knowledgeable and nice. I highly recommend this company. The prices were very fair. And the service was great.

Very unprofessional! My condenser stopped running, and I called them two months ago to fix it, and telling them possibly due to bad capacitor. They came, and checked that the capacitor was bad. Since they could not find the right model of capacitor, they used a wrong model with different spec, and they said they will come to replace it by a right capacitor model soon. I gave them the check. After two months now, they never came. I called them at least 30 times and each time they said they would come that day, but never showed up. The right capacitor is in their wearhouse, and they donot bother to go there to pick it. After tired of calling them, I had to buy the capacitor and installed it by myself. Simply they took my check and never came to finish their job!
If a client calls you 3 times to make an appointment and receives the same response "Let me call back in half hour" and never hears back....How can you call yourself "PROFESSIONALS"? Stay away from this service provider. They are far from professionals otherwise they will have more 4 reviews on their page.
Bill has gone out of his way to be helpful to me. When there is a problem with my heating or cooling, he takes the trouble to explain what is going on and the options available for solving the problem. I have used his services many times and I am pleased with his work. Like many contractors in the building, Bills sense of time did not match mine.
