I hired this company in mid June 2023 they came out to check my AC the problem they told me was I was a tad low on Freon and they tell me it’s gonna cost me $1024 and that includes their yearly so-called 100% guarantee plan that they have I tell him go ahead get the job done guy gets done doing it tell me to wait 24 hours I waited 24 hours my house never got cool they came out 4 more times still no ac then they send there top tech guy out he fixes the problem in 45 mins saying didn’t put enough Freon in and did a leak test everything was good for 6 days now my basement has water everywhere my air-conditioning is not working and now they wanna charge me $600 more and another $400 for more Freon mr sharif I will personally go there to get my money back
Had a kitchen sink pipe leaking, Called this company and they responded the same day. Melvin came, assessed and completed the issue quickly. Melvin was very professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely recommend this company and use again. Request Melvin, he was very efficient!!! Thanks again
my air was having issues when it started getting unbearably hot. I called Harris Plumbing and Heating. they came within a few hrs. The technician Jesse Motola was above and beyond. He found the problem, tried to find a less expensive way for me, but fixed the problem properly. I appreciate the work he has done and would give him a excellent recommendation. Kevis Smith is one person I will never forget. He is employed by Harris plumbing etc. He is professional, knowledgeable and jovial. He enjoys his work and is an excellent technician. He explains everything he does and takes the time and trouble to explain what he is doing and has done. His expertise is definitely in his ability to diagnose the problem and to accurately fix it. Incidentally while he was here he came across a snake and it became the topic of discussion and jokes thereafter. I would like him to come back to do all the air conditioning work in my house. He is also kind and polite. Harris plumbing etc is fortunate to have such an excellent, amazing and awesome employee. Three cheers for Kevis Smith.
Wayne Simpkins was professional from start to finish. I needed my outdoor water faucet relocated and Wayne did exactly what I needed. He was timely, courteous, and did everything in a safe manner. Thank you!!!
I was shocked that any plumber was gonna come out that fast. Harris so far is pretty awesome. I wasn’t expecting to pay what I did, but hey, it fixed the issue and also gave me and the wife ideas of how we can use Harris in the future. Wayne Simpkins is definitely an asset to your company and growth as a service company. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and laid back enough to where we didn’t feel like we needed to keep our eyes on him. He built trust from the front door immediately. We are definitely gonna to use Harris and Wayne again in the future, when we have the money for updates. I can’t complain about the price, because you pay for what you get… quality.
I had a clog in the drain pipe my washer was hooked up to so I called yesterday (on a Sunday) and they were able to schedule me in today! Greg H came out and had me cleared out and ready to go with some solid advice on monthly maintenance so I don't get the same problem again. Hands down I'll be calling them again if I need a professionals help.
I originally contacted Horizon Services, made appointment for Saturday, 06/17/23. Was contacted that morning that Horizon needed to cancel appointment due to emergency calls. So I contacted Harris Plumbing, the rep was very nice and advised she couldn't promise service for Saturday, but if someone cancelled or if workers completed other services, they would try to get to our house. In about a half hour received a email and texted that Harris Plumbing would beable to fix our double sink where the pipes dropped down in our crossbase. They arrived around 1:30 pm, researched what was needed, gave a quote, which we thought was very reasonable, and completed services by 3:30 pm. I then asked if they could advice how much to get our hot water pressure fixed, but we did not want completed the same day and they sent me a quote by email, so we may get that completed by Harris Plumbing. Joe Sauro and Ty were very professional, cordial and most of all knew what they were doing. Thank you very much. I give an A+ for services, price and most of all being able to complete so that we don't have to cart buckets of water outside.
Technician Sean Henderson was professional, very nice and friendly. He did an excellent job. What turned into more than just fixing a broken drain pipe to an almost all day job of replacing the old black pipe which had a sag in it which was causing the clogged drain pipe to sinks and washing machine. When trying to connect the new PVC pipe to the pipe in the ground, it was clogged so Sean had to call for another Technician that cleans the drain. After that was done, Sean stayed over until the job was done. I was very happy with the great job he did. I would recommend him and this company to anyone!
Rich P (Harris Service Tech) did above and beyond job to isolate the root cause of the issue I had post unknowledgeable Comcast Home Security Installer mess left behind. Rich with an Intern kid promptly fixed the issue. I'm 💯% satisfied and will highly Harris Electrical and request Rich be dispatched to customers homes.

Mark was very professional and explained what the problem was and even the pros and cons of doing the project I had piecemeal, while understanding that expense was a concern. The quality of the work was very good and resolved my issue same day.
Horrible service! Bought the most expensive and top of the line package and the system doesn’t even work properly. Took them over a year to finally come out and look at the issue and when they finally did they just gave us excuses as to why the system doesn’t work with the house instead of trying to fix the issue so they didn’t have to put out anymore work or money and also tried to sell more product. Worst company I have ever worked with and very unprofessional and unfortunately I have not even listed all of the problems I have had with this purchase, I would suggest any other company if you are looking for HVAC. Had a different company come out and actually fix the issues and now my A/C and heat works great
Would avoid like the plague. Serviced by a technician named Nathen who recommended removing freon and made up prices for a fix. Decided to get another opinion from different company who was able to solve the actual problem which had nothing to do with Freon

The first gentleman who did the initial plumbing made a mistake with the downspout measurement. The second gentleman repaired the issue but charged me an additional expense. I shouldn't have to pay for their mistakes. I will never use this company again.
Installed combo light and heater in bathroom ceiling. Chris was professional and knowledgeable. We will ask for him for future electrical needs. Thank you .
Had a active water leak from a pipe in my basement on a Sunday. Called the service who contacted the on call team Immediately after getting off the phone with service got a text for an appointment on Monday. Luckily a friend came out and fixed the problem.
