Perfect Air is hands-down, the best company for your heat/air conditioning needs. They are always there if you have questions or concerns. They came and did service on my air conditioner on a holiday! Very professional and helpful. You can tell they take pride in their work.
We were experiencing problems with our air conditioning not working today. The circuit breaker wouldn’t kick in and it wasn’t long before it got very uncomfortable in our home. After reading some good reviews for PerfectAir in Robbinsville, I left a message and Hector responded promptly and promised to stop by after his scheduled appts. Perfect Air is so responsive and dedicated to their customers. And this feeling comes from the very top. Owner, Hector is always accessible and always reliable. My A/C broke down right before Memorial day weekend, and he came out twice to take care of it and eventually change out the system. I had guests for the weekend, and he made sure I had A/C while the new system arrived. I felt heard, assured and taken care of.
My air conditioning was broken and my house was too hot to tolerate. Perfect Air was there immediately to help. They were flexible in their scheduling, impeccable in their customer service, fast and professional. I was taught about air conditioners by a professional, told how to maintain mine to ensure it lasts as long as possible, and my house is a breezy 69 within an hour. I could not recommend this service any more highly than I do- he even left the sticker on my new thermostat so I could have the strange satisfaction if peeling it myself- it was fantastic. My technician was kind, professional, thorough and relatable. I will not use any other company now that I've tried Perfect Air.
Called Perfect Air the owner came out (Hector) had him look at 10 old ac & 20 + yr old heater. My wife & I decided to replace it all. Hector & his crew did a EXCELLENT & PROFESIONAL job and answered any questions, took all the old stuff away cleaned up when done. Hector answered an emergency call in 15 minutes on a weekend. His response saved our hardwood floors and he installed a new hot water heater the following day. Additionally, while at our home he solved a problem with a leak that had stumped several other repair people. We were treated like family.
Our air conditioner suddenly stopped working on Sunday; I called multiple hvac repair to come look at the unit, they all refused to come out because of the age of the unit. Instead they offered to replace the unit without even looking at it. One of my friends referred me to perfect air; I called and hector returned my call with in a few minutes. He came to look at the unit at 9am the next day; he said even though the unit was old it was in good condition, the problem ended up being an emergency switch and been turned to off accidentally. Nothing needed to be repaired and there is no need to replace the unit at this time. We were so happy with the service and know we can trust what he is telling us. He never tried to sell us a new unit. And told us someways to keep the unit maintained. To help prolong the life.
Hector saved the day! My AC died during a heat wave and Hector came right out to diagnose the issue and provide an estimate for a new unit. He was responsive and professional and even tried to fix the old unit first to get me up and running. He was able to install a new ac unit and furnace promptly! He worked tirelessly to get it all done before our daughter’s birthday party. Highly recommend!
I can’t speak highly enough about this company. Hector installed a new HVAC system for me. His honestly, professionalism and work ethic is second to none. He takes the time to explain everything and give reasonable options. This is a trustworthy company and I highly recommend them.
Would definitely recommend Perfect Air! My AC decided to stop working right before a weeklong heatwave. I called Hector at Perfect Air, and he came to my house the following day (said he wanted to make sure I had AC before the heatwave it!) He fixed it quickly and without too much expense. Hector showed up at 8:30 on a Sunday morning (as scheduled) to fix our failing air conditioning. He was friendly, efficient and very interested in making sure I understood our options for managing our A/C situation. I really felt he had our best interests in mind! We’re so glad he came on a weekend ahead of the the next heatwave!

We have used Perfect Air for the last 6 years. We’ve had nothing but excellent service with them. Like and Hector have been great to update us on what services were being performed and they have been willing to work with our schedule for any service calls. There haven’t been much outside of regular maintenance but we do appreciate their professionalism. I would highly recommend them.
There’s nothing worse than having your a/c go down on a Friday night when temperatures are well into the 90s. After reading reviews, I came across Hector and Perfect air and gave them a call early on a Sat. Hector (owner) called me with it he hour and was at my house within a couple of hours. He fixed the issue causing the a/c not working but stayed around to make sure nothing else was wrong. Would you know, he found another issue inside the house causing an issue and made sure to fix it at no charge. That’s what I call “Customer Service”! He talked me through maintaining the system and what he was doing along the way. Hector is very personable and at no time did I feel he was trying to sell me something I didn’t need. I plan on using Hector for all future HVAC needs.
After my first phone call with Hector he became my only air conditioner guy that I trust. I called about three other top ac company’s before I found Hector at perfect air. The first question he asked was what sort of problem am I experiencing with the air conditioner. I explained to him what the problem was and he told me over the phone what the possibility of the problem could be and how To fix it myself and he was correct. He is a real pro and a honest guy. The other companies wanted all my information before they even gave me any times when they can come and they all wound up changing their appointments to a time there was no good
I contacted perfect air on a Friday night prior to leaving for a trip. My AC wasn’t working on one side of the house and I was concerned with the kids being left home. Hector came out an hour later!! He was thorough and professional and explained much more than I expected. Turns out our system was working, not properly, but he explained why and it was an easy remedy. I will definitely call them for future services!
What a great experience we had working with Perfect Air! Their knowledgeable and professional team of technicians identified the problem we were having and advised how we can better maintain our A/C unit to extend the life of our 15 year old system. We were so impressed, we purchased their monthly service plan. Highly recommend this company!
