Alex installed a new Bosch heat pump system for my house. He is a great contractor to work with, he's professional, detail oriented and courteous. He's responsive and on time, and he updated me on the project's progress and texted me in advance on his arrival times. He followed through on my system's remote wifi app activation with additional trips and brought in a Bosch technician to troubleshoot and set up this latest new feature for me. I am really happy with my installation and highly recommend Alex for your heating and cooling needs.
I have been using Alex of MP HVAC as my HVAC expert for years on my house, my mothers house, and I’ve recommended him to friends. He has always been very professional, always on time,-which is rare for contractors, and most of all he does high quality work at a very fair price. I will continue to highly recommend him for any HVAC service.

Alex is super knowledgeable! He took his time to explain how our system works and what causes it to malfunction. He was so great we had him come back to install a heating unit for our tenant! Would 100% recommend. Super professional, great with communication and neat!
