Have no problem with Petro being with them for years If I do have a problem I know they will resolve it I have good communication with my oil company Just be happy when the oil prices go back down
Petro was so helpful when my oil tank started leaking. Within a few hours they were here to diagnose and solve my problem. I am very thankful!

We recently had our hvac system replaced and were very happy with our overall experience. All the people we dealt with were so knowledgeable and professional. Great customer service from the sales, installers, supervisor and tech that was sent out. We are happy with our new system!

It is one thing to receive a delivery and another thing to attempt to pay the bill over the phone. There is limit to to how long one wants to be on hold. I will attempt again to pay and refuse to stay on hold indefinitely. Maybe you need to hire more help.

Jeff and he team made magic happen by managing a furnace replacement right before an arctic freeze 🥶! They even managed to keep us warm while the furnace was on its way by coming to our house and continuing to patch up the old furnace with whatever safely worked.
Best to go with a company that doesn't lock you into a contract. Petro will give you a low rate at 1st then raise the rate up every delivery afterwards. Maybe the price has gone up for good reason, maybe it hasn't but the non contract oil companies haven't gone up that much.

Inquired about a new oil supplier/boiler service contract. Gave me a price of $194.95 for a year as a new customer price. Was told that the price would increase only $30-40 for the following year. Signed up based on that price and the service Petro offered. Called up a couple days later and was told that after 5 years the full retail value of $550 would be reached for the service contract, a $70 increase, yearly. That is the literal definition of a bait and switch. The original conversation was recorded and supervisor listened, no mention of the $550. Was then told that, "Well the contract is negotiable, we work with you on price for that." Why would a service you offer be negotiable? That devalues your service when you don't have a standard price. Cancelled service immediately. Do not let them win you over with their low priced service contracts. They do that because delivering oil is their main source of profit and before you realize that every year it increases $70, they will have already gotten 6-8 oil deliveries out of you before you catch on and cancel completely. What a racket.
Great job as always with Petro Home Services. The lady I spoke with went up and above to get my oil tank filled before it’s due date. I recently had knee replacement and I’m on the mend at home which is requiring my heater to operate more than usual. My wife was scared we would run out of oil before our next scheduled delivery! She made sure to have an earlier delivery to set our minds at ease. Thank you for all your help!
This company is the best. They drug their oil hose up the highest driveway on Jacobs Creek Road to get the job done. My mother never ran out of oil despite the snow covered driveway. The delivery man was polite and friendly even though this was of the toughest deliverys. Thanks Petro!

Petro thank you for sending Dan to service my unit my house was cold and my thermostat had stop working it was lock up ...I replaced the two battery in the unit but was unable to make correcting the setting so I called for service...Dan arrived an took at the unit within in two min. had it going...it was program over 10 years ago never had a problem an I did not know what to do or forgot what to do because had lock up....Dan showed me how to program the unit if it lock up ...inspected the unit and heat unit made my family very happy.
Our thermostat was not working for one zone and the Petro tech came and fixed it way faster than I expected. Great job.
Dan was are tech who came out and looked at are thermostat figure out the problem replaced it with something better then what I had. Well worth the call to Petro will definitely use them again and recommend to people.
