Great Quality Work along with Great Customer Service.
After our central air stopped getting cold yesterday, we quickly needed to figure out who we were going to call to have it looked at. After calling numerous places this AM who told us it would be days, even weeks to get to us, we called here and we’re so thankful we did. Joe was here the same day, outside in the rain (terrible timing!), and he knew instantly what needed to be fixed/replaced. He was so courteous, friendly, and let us know what to do moving forward. He is the best! Thank you so much Joe and Air Expo! We will be using you again in the future.
I highly recommend Air Expo and especially their technician William. I had a leak coming from my A/C unit in my attic and they scheduled an appointment for within two hours. William was very professional, kind, and quickly resolved my problem. He went above and beyond to show me what the previous HVAC person did wrong on my system and corrected it. He resolved my problem quickly and at a very reasonable price.
These guys are #1. My a/c was not working, called them and they were at my place the same day. Fixed the issue and communicated with me every step. They care about their customers!
Told me my very noisy HVAC unit was just missing a bolt and that's why it was noisy. I explained the AC also couldn't keep the inside temp cool. They told me to leave the AC on as cold as possible and charged me $200 just to look at and install a single panel bolt, but it's not fixed. it's still loud. My AC is now blown as of this morning. 85 F in my house. Guess the AC guy was busy and didn't have time to fix it. Well you lost a customer. You probably don't care but that's ok.
William came in and was able to diagnose and fix what was going on with my AC. Top notch service and the AC is back to normal.
I’m very happy with Air Expo and the mini split AC they installed in my home office. Michael, Jeff and the installers were all great. Michael and Jeff patiently answered all of my questions and were very accommodating. I highly recommend Air Expo and I intend to call them for the regular maintenance and servicing of my home AC and heating.
We have had our home for 5 years now and the downstairs is always freezing cold! We had multiple trades come in to evaluate, and all left us even more confused and in doubt of what is the right thing to do to solve our problem. In come Air Expo! First, Will and his team came out and did an evaluation of our heating system and home and made recommendations. As a follow up to his recommendations, we called Air Expo the same day they were in our home to see if the owner Mike could come out and further explain; and to our surprise he came! Mike is very knowledgeable, thorough and detailed oriented. He gave us detailed explanations as to why we were having our issues and completely mapped out what we needed, how it would be installed and how long it would take. Will and his team came out again for the install of a new heating system for our downstairs. They were all knowledgeable, professional, courteous and neat and did a fantastic job! They also always kept me informed of where they were in the install process and were great problem solvers! Since having our heating system installed, our downstairs is no longer freezing cold and my family and I can comfortably enjoy our downstairs living space. If you are considering Air Expo, we highly recommend!

We recently used Air Expo to install a mini split air conditioning system in our house. The whole process was seamless from the very competitive price we were quoted from Mike through the installation. Will & Danny were the main installers and were very efficient, professional & conscientious. We are very please with the mini split units and recommend Air Expo highly!
I purchased an older home as a fixer upper project and needed to find a proper heating solution. I decided to get a quote from Michael and his team which was aligned with what I was looking to spend. They were professional through the process. William, Danny and Joe performed the installation and did an amazing job. I would call it a frictionless process. They are highly recommended!
William has been servicing our furnace and HVAC systems ever since we moved into our home back in 2015. The service we have done is routine maintenance so their optimal performance is maintained. He is always professional, on time and does great work! It's been great having the same service tech so it's not always different people coming into your home as well.
House hasn't had any heat for a long time I called Mike came over and the estimate was very fair priced they were supposed to come in Thursday but do to the huge snow storm they came a day earlier great crew! I highly recommend this company they are life savers!!! Switched from oil to gas furnace, thanks guys

I've hired a number of HVAC companies in the past, but none were as attentive, professional and as fairly priced as Air Expo. The owner Michael knows his trade extremely well and showed real concern about every element of our heating and air conditioning system. The products he purchases are quality and his crew is top notch. Their attention to detail is impressive to say the least. Two new Air Handlers and two new Condensers later... my wife and I couldn't be happier. (Special thanks to his employees Joe and William. My Dad would have been proud of their work ethic, knowledge and finishing work.)
Another great experience with Air Expo. 90 degree day and was able to reach the owner after business hours. As usual they were able to assist and resolve the issue, without even coming to my house! I have had many great experiences with Air Expo. Super knowledgeable and never trying to "up sell". They have fixed and serviced both my furnace and air conditioning on different occasions always at a very fair price. The owner Mike, is always available and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done just right. I highly recommend Air Expo, great company. Also, I know the technicians are taking extra precautions with PPE to keep their customers safe during the COVID pandemic.
I had 2 Mitsubishi ductless air conditioning systems installed in my nearly 100 year 3 level Victorian home. Central air was not an option due to the plaster and lathe walls and ceilings. The process started with a detailed estimate of the cooling and heating requirements of the house. Mike, the owner, was the consummate professional. He made detailed measurements did an analysis of the environment. He is a Mitsubishi "Diamond Dealer" which meant that the system would have an extended (12 yr.) warranty due to his factory training. Mike's crew arrived several weeks later in a cold, wet January. The crew was led by a technician named Jessie. Jessie was incredible. He had several other guys working with him, all of them were equally great. They were incredibly professional and capable. They were also very thorough and neat. There were drop cloths everywhere to protect area rugs. The job was complex and took a week to complete. I have not used the air conditioning part of the system yet, but since the systems have "Hyper Heat" , once I mothballed my steam heating system for the spring, I have been using them. They work super well and are super quiet. You never know they working except for the indicator lights. All in all, I am beyond delighted with the installation. Mike was extremely fair and honest with his estimate and costs. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend Air Expo to anyone who is in need of a new installation or service on an existing system. They are all wonderful.
