We recently had our heat and air replaced by Blue Ridge Cooling and Heating. I cannot say enough good things about this company! From the professional and friendly interaction with Jennifer on the phone and the wonderful service by Mike, Darrian and Nikko, the entire experience was pleasant and painless. Mile came out to access a situation with our AC, did a temporary fix and thoroughly explained all of our options. We decided to go with a total replacement of our heat and air. It was a 2-day job, which they did neatly and efficiently, even vacuuming any messes as they went along. They really seemed to enjoy the job and working together. They are truly "The Dream Team"! This is our second time using Blue Ridge; the first was replacing our furnace in a condo we owned in 2015, and we have been totally pleased with their work both times. Highly recommend!!!
Very knowledgeable and professional staff. Didn't waste any time and went to work on the system to perform the preventative maintenance, also cleaned up after they we done.
Darien did a great job explaining his work and resetting all thermostats. Additionally, took the time to teach us how the gas fireplace works. Will use again
Blue Ridge service was fantastic. The repair to my boiler was done in a professional manor by technicians Mike and Nico. Good employees make for a successful business, job well done. I would use Blue Ridge again without hesitation.
They took he time to replace something and my AC was good as new. Some other company would have said I need a new one. I high recommend these guys/gals.

Nico & Dan did a great job installing two additional vents in my home. There was NO mess or clean up for me to do after. They were prompt, kind, and professional. This company is great and has taken care of all of my HVAC needs. Thank you all so much!

The tech called before showing up, when he got here very professional in his duties, he let me know everything he was doing and what could be done longterm.I hit him with a couple of questions and did well answering them.and had a very good time with the dogs and they took right to him. Outstanding knowledge and customer service! I used them for an inspection on a brand new air conditioning unit that fried up. They gave a professional assessment and report and pictures to follow.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Jennifer is OUTSTANDING!
Nico and Bill replaced a hot water heater. Their nstallation was perfect. Two of the most professional, mechanics we have encountered. I will sing their praises to everyone I know. Thank you again.
Amanda was our tech and she was awesome. We have used Blue Ridge in the past, and they never fail to satisfy. Amanda really dug deep and made sure our furnace was clean, running properly, and explained everything in great detail. Amanda was neat, professional, and was great to deal with overall.
I had a female Tech it was kind of cool. I forgot her name but you was very efficient and extremely honest and very talented she knew exactly what she was doing and she knew exactly what the issue was she was done within 20 minutes repairing my central air conditioner I needed and new compressor and she installed it like within five minutes she was awesome the person that does the appointments and scheduling a service her name is Jennifer if I remember correctly very polite and very professional and extremely nice I would definitely offer this service to anybody else I will definitely use them again hopefully not soon

Received a call to schedule AC maintenance yesterday. Called back today and the gentleman who answered could not help and said he would have someone call back shortly. Four hours Later Norma calls who couldn’t find me in her records. I said that’s funny because you called yesterday to schedule maintenance. She then found me but said I didn’t have a contract. I said I do have a contract which I paid in May. After some back and forth and Norma shuffling papers she found the contract. Norma then said to me “I hope you realize I won’t be able to fit you in until Sept 1. I said “I hope you realize there are only 21 days of summer left in September. Norma’s reply “people are still using their air conditioning.” I informed her I’m using it now and by September it will be almost time for furnace maintenance. I expressed my displeasure to Norma and she acted like she was doing me a favor by scheduling me by September. I asked to speak with the owner but she said he is not in. I said have him give me a call. I then received a call from Jennifer who never told me what her role is in the office is. She offered nothing except to schedule me a couple three weeks earlier. I said no thank you. Refund me the contract. Jennifer asked if I would schedule furnace maintenance. I said no thank you refund me and let’s call it a day. After purchasing an air conditioner and a furnace this is how you are treated. I will be writing a letter to the owner.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-26-20 Lighthouse Drive; Waretown Blue Ridge Arrived on time as per appointment. Chaz performed the annual A/C check-up. He went up in the attic to check the blower & drain and cleaned the drain; Chaz explained all steps to Hubs and was professional, respectful, Kind & Knowledgeable. Thanx, Chaz for your expert care. ******* 5-26-20 FIVE STARS: Shore Drive, Waretown, NJ; Blue Ridge performed the annual review of the A/C complete setup. Chaz was on-time, professional, kind, efficient & explained the process. He inspected the inside-home blower set-up as well as the outside condenser unit. Chaz claimed "It is still functioning well, despite being almost 20 years old. Don't worry about it till something no longer works." Thanx Chaz, for your expert inspection, professional demeanor, and use of PPEs ************************** 4-18-19 FIVE STARS !Chaz was on time for annual A/C check up. All was a-OK. He exchanged the old air filters w/ brand new ones, used gauges to determine effective connections. Chaz was pleasant, professional, efficient & thorough. Thanx, Chaz! **************************** 3-7-19 FIVE STARS! HWBB began circulating air in the pipes w/ "gurgling" sound. Once, the heater actually stopped due to trapped air. Louie & "trainee" Chaz arrived ON TIME. In 35 minutes, Louie rebuilt the pump & no gurgling sounds heard. Louie was friendly, pleasant, efficient & professional in dress & demeanor. ********************************** 12-27-18 FIVE STARS! DARN IT our heater quit during Christmas. Jennifer returned our call ASAP. Jen scheduled Louie to visit for evaluation & repair as needed. Louie & 'trainee' Megan arrived @ 10AM and within 10 minutes, Louie diagnosed the difficulty & repaired same. He instructed Hubby on steps to take including calling for tech visit. Efficient, friendly, knowledgeable & very reliable is Louie's work-ethic and Blue Ridge's mantra. Thank you, thank you, thank you! The BEST of any other! **********************************

Excellent service. Chaz (technician), was very professional, knowledgeable, accommodating and pleasant. Hands down one of the best techs and Blue Ridge Heating and Cooling staff are always there to help! Would definitely recommend them to all!!
