Called Chris on a Sunday because I obviously had delayed maintenance way too long and black smoke was coming out of my chimney and there was soot all over my furnace. Chris came out Monday morning at 8AM. He performed the most thorough cleaning I had witnessed compared to other service people that had been out. I had mentioned to several other maintenance people from several other companies that my damper didn't seem to work correctly and they would make a simple adjustment and shrug it off. Apparently I was correct. Chris was the ONLY one that realized it was installed wrong. It was basically backwards and had to be rolled over 180deg so that the flap would open in the right direction. My furnace is purring like a kitten now and I will not use another provider in the future.
I cannot recommend them enough. Reliable, timely, professional, and provide great service. When we first moved into our house and our heater stopped working, we got the run-around by another company. Full Service had an employee at our house within the hour and had our heater up and running in no time.
Replying to "I said I'm not doing that, I figured it doesn't need any explaination." Is that what you said? My husband asked if you would wear a mask in our house because our child has a rare disease and is immune compromised *covid could kill this child* and you just walked off, he honestly didn't even hear what you mumbled before you stormed off our property. No worry though Harris was wonderful and we're glad we found them instead.**Walked off the job without an explanation, called Harris and they took car of us.
Chris and team came out to help address a Limit Lockout that was showing on the furnace by blink code. He showed up right on schedule, diagnosed the problem quickly and had it fixed within an hour or so. He then spent the next hour thoroughly testing the system to make sure his fix worked. He gave some suggestions that we could try as a DIY fix if this didn't work. Chris has ALWAYS treated us fairly and we have used him now for about 10 years on multiple houses. Absolutely and highly recommend.
Price was reasonable for great service, there was an issue but he advised me of best pricing, which may not be him. I appreciate honest service and I would rather deal with someone who is honest, and that's what I got. Great service!
Came out on a Sunday morning to fix our air. Very nice guy who knew what he was talking about.
Very responsive and super helpful. Responded within a couple hours on the 4th of July. Ran diagnostics and explained the issues in detail. Did not try to upsale any products or services. Prices are very reasonable. Super satisfied.
Full service came out on short notice on a holiday to solve our A/C problem. They were able to get our system working again, were very informative and upfront about everything going on with our system and recommend improvements to help for the future without pressuring any sales and providing multiple options. We will definitely use them again in the future for our HVAC needs and are thankful they were able to help us so quickly.
Chris and Barry did a phenomenal job from their prompt visit to provide the initial diagnosis through the installation process. It was a very hot day for an attic installation and they suffered through it without any complaints. I highly recommend Full Service Heating and Air.
I would never use any other AC and heating business other than this one. They are very understanding, knowledgeable and efficient. They are always early and dependable. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Been using Full Service for years. We had massive HVAC issues in our home in Pennsville and wasted thousands on heating and air companies who didn't know what they were doing. Chris knows his craft and came in and reconfigured our system based on the structure of our home. He is honest and his prices are competitive. Highly recommend!

Chris called a week in advance to set up an appointment date and time for an annual A/C maintenance visit. Upon arrival he and his assistant promptly started their process and in no time at all had the system tested and confirmed all was good. Before departing, Chris explained a few things to me in detail, and left my wife and I confident we would be cool in the coming summer months! Thank you!
