I cannot say enough about Jimmy and Ian from New Air! Their dad took care of my mom and I when I was little, and Jimmy and Ian are carrying on their father's legacy of excellent quality work, honesty, and care for their customers. Their work lasts and I can always count on them to come in an emergency. It's so important to have an HVAC company you can trust. These guys are like family to me and I trust no one else!

If there was an option for zero stars I'd be all over it for this company!!!! Most Fugazi company if I ever seen 88 degrees is the normal temp in your house we can't get it any colder then that🤔 you have a flat roof nothing can be done🤔. Theres nothing this company can't fix with a little duck tape and some hot glue they'll leave you sweating balls in your house and not give a dam your better off hiring Joe smoe of the street to get some actual work done been over a week still haven't shown up to fix anything or even attempt just cause u climb on a ladder don't make u an HVAC company seems like a business mommy and daddy left to there crack head son that don't no anything oh btw if u question on his work be prepared to be asked well what do u do for a living 😂😂 what I do is do my job right and get it done right the first time
