WMT & Son is a very professional, knowledgeable and organized operation. Bill Sr. initially came by to do an estimate, he could not have been more pleasant and helpful. Once we accepted the estimate, Bill Jr. came by to do the work a few days later. He showed up on time, did the job that we needed and more. Even gave us a tutorial on how to use and optimize the system in our very old house as there are multiple zones and systems and we weren't sure how they all worked. The team delivered over and above what they were asked to do, despite this being the height of the busy season and possibly the hottest day of the year. They were patient and took their time to answer all of our rookie questions. Very fair pricing, everyone on the team is extremely capable and great to work with. I highly recommend WMT & Son.

These guys were perfect from the beginning till the end - a very efficient father-son team here ! I Googled for heating technicians near to me - my 2 year old home-heating boiler was not turning on. I contacted many local businesses - left voice-mails, sent emails. Most either didn't reply, or called back much later. I got a call back from WMT & SON within minutes of leaving them a message. Interaction was very professional & efficient. Bill Jr. took time in understanding my problem - and gave a same day evening appointment - when his father - also named Bill - would come down and take a look. A clear service price was quoted - which was highly competitive. Bill senior arrived a few minutes before appointment time - and got right to work. He seemed very experienced and skilled. While he did his tests & checks - he kept educating me what problems were possible - what their common causes were - and how to take precautions that they do not happen in the future. When he located the faulty device - he saved me money by not having to replace it - but instead, he took it apart - cleaned it - did a small repair - and had it working again ! ....if I had to buy this part - it would cost me a couple of hundred dollars. In the end - I had to pay only their service fee - and did not have to spend anything on parts. All in all - I was very happy with the entire experience - and I highly recommend this business !
