Unquestionably the best plumber we've ever had! When the geothermal system stopped working, we had to replace it with a gas water heater and furnace, and Evan was there with his truck, ready for anything. The gas provider conducted an inspection and declared the work to be flawless. When we got into difficulties, Evan had the right tools to keep things moving. Recently, our good tank and pump also stopped working, and he was also able to fix those. Happy to have such qualified assistance available. I'd confidently refer them to anyone who needs help with a plumbing issue. Highly Recommended !
After reading the wonderful 5-star review on Google, I called Newark Plumber & HVAC, and Evan lived up to my expectations. He promptly returned our inquiry and came by to give us an estimate. He put in a gas tankless water heater and discovered, after checking every sink and shower faucet, that three of them needed fixing. We will most definitely hire them again in the near future.
If you need any plumbing work done, go no farther than Newark Plumber, Drain & HVAC Co. Evan is reliable, timely, and polite. Two joints on the pipe I was using broke. Within 30 minutes, he had arrived and repaired the pipe's two intersecting joints. Value-wise, it was excellent for the time and effort put in. The final total was much less than I had anticipated.
Evan was a big assistance when we had a plumbing emergency. On a Sunday, he came out right away and fixed the issue. We will be using him again and highly recommend him.

Fix the running toilet, and fix the pipe in the shower that keeps leaking: Excellent, Jacob! I called this Plumbing Services to investigate a leak in my shower and a toilet that wouldn't flush. George showed up the very next day, and the staff was really helpful over the phone. Jacob was very cordial and he laid me all of my choices for fixing the problem in detail. I barely noticed his presence, but he finished the work quickly and to my satisfaction. personable, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to have in your home. Jacob did a great job, and I would hire him again in a heartbeat.
United was great! I scheduled the appointment for the next week and they called me with a reminder, the day before. The technician (Zack) was right on time and he diagnosed the cause of the leak under my sink, provided me with a written estimate and got to work. Zack was friendly, knowledgable and efficient. I will definitely call United again.
Great experience using United Plumbing. Same day service, great price and a knowledgeable, courteous plumber(Brandon). The scheduler was friendly, phoned to tell me plumber was on his way and texted picture of plumber along with tracker app so I could follow his progress to my destination. The plumber even wore boots in house and cleaned up after himself! I would definitely use their services again
Kendrick was very courteous and professional. He very patient and took his time repairing two showers that were not functioning properly. I would definitely recommend him to others who are in need of a plumber.
The team at United consistently does a great job. They are honest, professional and true experts in the fields of heating/cooling and plumbing. But they also have an impressive home division as well. Mark Milosevic recently completed some complicated vintage bathroom tile repairs and plaster ceiling work for us after a plumbing leak. A meticulous craftsman, Mark did an amazing job. Highly recommended.
A plumbing/air conditioning problem and a water heater problem were being worked on by two of our United's technicians. The men were great; they were competent and helpful. Although we've hired a few plumbers in the past, we haven't yet discovered one we enjoy. We shall use these men as our plumbers in the future.
We are members of United, and we have been happy with the support we have gotten. They have handled a range of tasks, including water heater flushes, HVAC tune-ups, and most recently the repair of a gas line leak. It has been a pleasure working with them. The techs are kind and educated, and scheduling is quick and simple.
Jayden from united Newardk Plumbing was really awesome and professional. He went in our place exactly on time and will let you know that he is on his way already. He has done a very good job repairing our shower and toilet that we are stressing about last night. This company is totally recommended if you have plumbing service needs! Thumbs up for this guy. And will surely ask for help again once we needed. Good job guys!
The plumber that came out phoned ahead to let us know when he would arrive, and was on time. He identified what the issue was and had the parts to fix the problem. He made sure that the area repaired held pressure. Backfilled the area of the repair and removed any debris from the area. Very nice guy, we would highly recommend him for any plumbing issues.
Due to the way my home is built, it's never easy dealing with the water heater. Thank goodness for Dondi! He took the time to measure the space in the attic, the attic opening and the clearance - all to ensure a proper installation. To top things off, he did all this just nights before Christmas so I would have a safe water heater & hot water over the holiday. No shortcuts were taken! Thanks for the peace of mind.
I called them for a possible gas leak and Jesse who attended found the leak and fixed it. First of all, Vanessa took my call and served me professionally and Jesse was available in 15 minutes which was excellent. charges were reasonable and I am fully satisfied with the service provided.
Harley came out on a Saturday. I am very happy with United. We have used other companies in the past, including John Moore which is the absolute worst plumbing company....but United is the polar opposite. They show up on time. They are professional clean and friendly. They give you a price and do not oversell once the price is set. Excellent company. This is the third time we had them out.. And to give props to Harley--excellent plumber
United does service right! I am SO grateful to know my heat will work in these cold winters, because the United team has installed and maintained my unit throughout the years. Every technician is competent and courteous. My Highest recommendations!! THEY DID IT AGAIN! This time it was reliable AC service and maintenance. A cool house is something you might take for granted - UNTIL the AC quits! Thanks to United that has NEVER HAPPENED here since they installed our unit 12 years ago. No worries.. we've got United. 2022 UPDATE: Called for service on a leaky toilet. Technician diagnosed the problem and gave options for repair, then had it done before noon. A/C tech came at the same time to keep our unit in tip top shape, just in time for the heat wave. Both techs were knowledgeable and courteous. VERY SATISFIED!!
The technician, Kendrick Rollins called my phone about 45 minutes before the appointment to tell me he was on the way. He arrived well within the appointment window and went straight to work. He inspected the shower which needed repair because the faucets leaked, got his tools and began disassembling the valves and found they were frozen. When he finally was able to extract them, he found that he didn't have replacement stems on his truck so he left and drove to a plumbing supply to secure replacements. Upon returning successfully, he installed the valves, checked the system for leaks and asked me to check it out to insure I was satisfied with the job. Actually, I was delighted and felt he had done a great job. We had also agreed it was time to flush my water heated and he completed that job quickly and efficiently. Kendrick was professional, and displayed a great work ethic throughout the job. He was friendly and respectful of our home. I am very pleased with the way he worked and the way he represented your company. The job was completed to my satisfaction in a timely manner Kendrick did an over-the-top job. I would recommend Star Plumbing to anyone needing a plumber.
Harley Davis and his assistant, Noah did an excellent job of replacing our hot water tank. They were very knowledgible and professional and did a good job of cleaning up after the work was done.
