Fantastic person. Came out on Sunday afternoon to diagnose our ac issues and troubleshoot free of charge. Got us an estimate for unit replacement that night! Highly recommend!
Look no more Steve is your guy he really knows his stuff and will recommend what you truly need ! He installed a new a/c unit (existing ducting). He is knowledgeable & honest. Our A/C condensate line was clogged and leaking water during a heatwave. We were able to reach Steve and he came right away, which we were so grateful. I wasn't home at the time but my family couldn't stop raving about him. He was on-time, very professional and his fee was reasonable. My family thought he was a really honest guy and they are so glad we found him as we will definitely use him again if we have any other problems.
Dude came out twice for an intermittent AC problem. Turned out to be a simple fix and didn't charge me a penny.
Had a great experience with Steve and Essential Heating & Air. After shopping around for quotes on a new HVAC system for our home, we felt like theirs was the most fair. Steve and his crew did an awesome job putting in a new system in, left no mess behind. We’ve definitely found our guy for any future HVAC needs. Great guy, great company.

He fit me into his busy schedule and temporarily fixed my issue as I decide If I want to repair or replace my whole heating system At no time did he try to upsell me or pressure me into doing anything I would/will definitely recommend his business to anyone needing repairs or replacement

Highly highly recommend this company!! I got home from vacation at 7pm on a Friday night to find that my air conditioner was running but not blowing cold air. I called, Steven answered, I explained the situation, and he was there THAT NIGHT by 8:30 to fix my blown fuse. My air was up and running immediately. He was so friendly, personable, and helpful. I told him how good his reviews are online, and he was so nonchalant about it, "Oh I haven't even looked!" A few days later when I received the inspection report from my home buyers, I called Steve again. He remembered me and came that same day AGAIN to fix the violation. I got a text that the job was finished and I didn't even know he was there! He emailed me a receipt/invoice that night and it was all done. Seriously, use Essential Heating & Air. It's a small business with high quality, prompt work. Steven is so great to work with and all of his reviews are legit!

You may think these other reviews are too good to be true, they are not. I called Steve after another company wasn't very responsive. Good guy, good price, good work. Very responsive and honest. Came out the day of my call and repaired the next day once he got the parts. Look no further this is your HVAC guy.
Steve was great! He responded quickly. He came in and accurately diagnosed the problem and within minutes my heat was back up and running. Great job! Highly recommend!
I researched online and found some Steve with his reviews on how honest and straight shooter he was. And sure enough, that he is. Look no further folks. He knows his stuff and was kind enough to explain the mechanics enough for me to understand. My heater was up and running again.
This is the second time I called Steve and it was like talking to an old friend. Frankly, I don't know how he does it. He is very responsive, does high quality work, provides amazing customer service and all at a very fair price. I trust him implicitly and I don't bother calling anyone else. I cannot recommend him highly enough. God bless him!
