Tim and Aaron came to my house and Installed new heating and air conditioning unit totally professional quality service, quick and affordable. Answered all the questions and concerns I had. Would recommend.

We used Best last week for regular routine AC maintenance, and Tim is the BEST! Honest, professional, and experienced. He did not try to sell us on a new HVAC unit, even though ours is very old but was honest and advised us to start thinking about a replacement in the future. We will always use him from now on!!
I had my Air Conditioning Shut down during the July heat wave needing repair or replacement. I had three estimates up until Best Air responded to my call. From the time the technician arrived he explained what was wrong and what the solution would be to ensure my family would be comfortable. He showed me a leak in the high pressure line that feeds Freon through the system to the evaporator coils. Knowing that my unit was 25 years old he explained why replacement would be better than repair. He walked me step by step through the process and ensured the results of replacement would be far more beneficial. I was so impressed by the technician taking the time to explain everything. His actions made my choice easy and I’m so glad I went Best Air. The unit exceeded my expectations and the quality of work was impeccable. I highly recommend Best Air!

Amazing 5+ star experience! On one of the hottest nights of the summer, we realized our AC wasn't cooling efficiently. We placed a 9 AM call, Tim and his son arrived, and our system was fixed by noon! Our system is back up and running for what we believe was a fair price. They were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.
Quality work. Fair prices. A contractor you can trust. Best heating and air conditioning is... THE BEST! My 28 year old system kicked the bucket and after doing a lot of research on local AC guys we called Best. Tim and his crew came out right away and assessed the situation; he walked me through all of my options and even helped me navigate through the process with the insurance company. When it came time to install the new system, he took his time to make sure everything was properly installed and even fixed issues unrelated to the condenser unit/air handler to ensure my home was getting optimal airflow. I'm so glad we found Best Heating and Air!
Excellent Job!!! I had a furnace replacement done in home. The staff was the ultimate professionals and talked me through every move and explained everything to the last detail. Tim and Aaron and Chris really did an outstanding job and they had it all done in great time. Very courteous and considerate and very knowledgable. I can't say enough good things about the job they did. I strongly recommend for any heating and ac job. Hands down the BEST company in the area. On a Saturday morning, when it was 95 degrees, our air conditioner compressor quit working! We called four different places and, unfortunately, no one was available until Monday afternoon, the earliest. We happened to call Best Heating and Air Conditioning. They told us they could get to us in 15 minutes!! One of the workers, Aaron, arrived on time, with a great attitude. He looked at it and told us the capacitor had exploded and repaired it all within 30 minutes. He even showed us the damaged part. Nice guy, great job! We are very happy with the results and this company.
One of my condensers stopped working... I usually fix them on my own... But this time I needed help... Tim came out and solved it within minutes... I highly recommend him...
Cannot say enough about this company. Our A/C suddenly stopped, 88 degrees outside. Placed a service call and a technician (Tim) was dispatched same day between 2 - 4 P.M. He diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue within 45 minutes. Very professional, courteous and performed a total diagnostic on the entire. No need to look any further. These are are for real.
My experience with Best Heating was nothing short of excellent. The team was knowledgeable, fast, clean and professional. The team pointed out and diagnosed some other small problem areas that needed attention and remedied the problems without a hitch. Expert craftsmanship, competitive prices and a very strong work ethic. Highly recommend!!

I happen to call Best for service when the furnace in my house stopped working. When the service man came in, it turned out to be not an issue, since my emergency switch was turned off accidentally. The service person was very nice and didn't charge me anything. I also asked him few questions about the furnace unit, and he answered them, it was a great experience. Usually when I call heating furnace repair service, everyone talk about diagnosis charge, labor charge, etc. But Best was different and they agreed to provide a free diagnosis estimate, that was great.
Tim did a wonderful job replacing our compressor. He is fast, reliable, fair and dependable! I would highly recommend Best.
