I would highly recommend One Hour. My AC went out at 4:45pm yesterday afternoon and they were at my door this morning at 9am! The technician Dave was so nice and knowledgeable. He explained the likely causes and prepared me for the outcomes depending on what he found. I needed two new parts and he replaced my filters which were in really bad shape. Pricing seemed reasonable though I have nothing to compare it to. I will absolutely call these guys again whenever I need any kind of heating or cooling service.

I had an issue with my thermostat and tried to replace it myself. I got 90% of the job done, but was hung up with a simple problem to resolve. Dave came by and quickly figured out the issue and explained to me what I had missed. I had my thermostat fixed promptly and Dave even got me a discount on the charge for the visit, since I had the job almost done but was missing one minor thing. Thanks for the help!!!
We have been working with One Hour for the past 5 years and we have always had great response from them when we needed something. Our yearly services for heating and air conditioning have always been excellent. Highly recommend this company, the technician Kenn very professional as well.

This company installed my air conditioning unit several years ago. Today was a scheduled yearly maintenance. The gentleman was on time, efficient and neat. Very professional. I am extremely happy with this company.
I had my ac installed in March and I couldn’t be happier with the service, cleanliness, and professionalism i received. I had an issue in June and Kenny was sent to look into it (turned out to be nothing) and he was excellent and very nice. Highly recommend one hour ac! Won’t use anyone else from now on! Thanks guys!
