Frank and Nick came to me through my contractor (gut reno on townhouse). They were great. Clean, helpful with guidance and reasonably priced. Super on top of permits, paperwork etc. Highly recommend.
The guy disconnected the wiring and said HVAC is not getting power when thermostat is bad
Nick and Frank are phenomenal contractors. My AC and heating system died during the heat wave. When I called them, they were very compassionate and understood my sense of urgency. The following day they did a thorough inspection of my system, and determined the old unit had to be replaced. As a new homeowner, I was very anxious about this expense. I was relieved at their reasonable prices, professionalism and efficiency. Within a week, they were able to obtain the materials and replace my AC and heating system. I highly recommend their services.
Frank and Nick are top notch when it comes to product, service and honesty. From diagnostics to repairs and communication they have been responsive and have your best interest as their top priority. They have went above and beyond for us and have helped out my elderly parents when they were in a bind. Purchased a Ductless system on my own. Couldn't find anyone to install it unless I purchased it from them, called 10 HVAC installers. Called Crystal Mechanical on a Monday, spoke with Nick. He asked me to send him a few photos. Nick called me back and scheduled the install for the next day - Tues afternoon. Nick showed up promptly installed the unit. I was missing the electrical whip. He called his partner Frank who picked up the part and completed the install that afternoon. Fantastic work, clean, super fast service. Will definitely will use them again.
Crystal installed a complete HVAC system in my house from scratch. From start to finish they were professional, courteous and engaged, including dealing directly with my GC at times. I've since called on a few occasions for maintenance/follow up, and had someone over either the same day or the next. Crystal never gives you the run around, and they never make any bumps down the road "your problem." Oh, and they were the best quote we had for the job on top of all those other perks. Frank was great. Very professional and showed up when he said he would...even after a long, extremely hot day. He repaired my AC unit and then showed me exactly what he did. We have an older unit and it will definitely need to get replaced very soon. I will 100 percent be using Crystal Mechanical for the replacement when it is time.
We were extremely pleased with Frank and his team at Crystal Mechanical. Our furnace was making a loud noise whenever the AC was turned on and he came within 30 minutes on a Saturday as it was an extremely hot day. They replaced the 30 year old furnace that Monday within 2 days. They were very professional and their pricing was very reasonable. We highly recommend them.
I have been dealing with HVAC contractors for a good portion of my life. I have never been so impressed for the following reasons: They were courteous, they inspected and found out my issue, they offered more than one solution. I chose to upgrade and change my A/C and their pricing was outstanding. Don't get fooled by the bigger names in the HVAC business because the bigger contractors come with bigger prices. I liked the personnel service I received and I am now freezing in my house. Frank and Nick are the owners and they are involved and are able to handle all HVAC work including Electrical which is a big plus. Don't be fooled call these guys before you make a decision, they are that good.
These guys were great! Nick came out and gave me an estimate and within a couple of days the job was done. They were professional and did an absolute clean job on replacing the handler and condenser in my home. I would highly recommend using them for any of your Hvac needs
I highly recommend Crystal Mechanical. They came through for all my emergency repairs even through 98 degree weather and even though they were booked they still came to my house and fixed the a/c. They are extremely honest and totally reliable. I will take out a service contract with them because not only are they honest diligent workers, they always gave me a very fair price and have never let me dow.n.
I had these guys come to look at our heating system to find out what wrong. So Frank suggested to install a new thermostat that they (Frank & Nick) had no clue how even though Frank highly recommended it. Now my air conditioning unit was working properly before they began touching it to work the thermostat. After 3 hours on the phone and two hours of them figuring out the heating, and trying to figure out how to work the thermostat it finally kicked on. Now months later I went to turn on the air conditioner and it’s not working. So I called them up again, and after three phone calls promising to call me back, still waiting...I would not recommend these guys to touch anything in your house. What a mess!

Frank and Nick saved me when my furnace blew out. They were very professional and gave me good advice which showed me that they care about their customers/clients. They handle my hand through the whole process and I’ll be calling them back to install my new ac unit. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone who is in need. They are just awesome!!
Frank helped us install an ac / heater unit in our basement. Frank was both friendly and professional throughout the process and very flexible with his time. We will be using his services again in the future!
I recently purchased a home that had an older air conditioning system, I knew it would have to be replaced eventually and when it decided to stop functioning right as the heat wave hit, I was left with no choice. Being new to the area I didn't have anyone to recommend a company to me. I researched a few companies and obtained prices that were either too high or not the type of unit I was looking for. Most of the companies I met with just sent salespeople who were not all that knowledgeable, just looking to close a deal. I finally contacted Crystal Mechanical and Frank was at my house within hours of speaking. He was knowledgeable, friendly and had many years of experience. We spoke about what I was looking for and the next morning I had a quote. Frank was always available and patient as I changed my mind a few times on what exactly I wanted. Having come from a background in HVAC my expectations were high and Crystal Mechanical far exceeded them. Nick and Frank are great they had my new unit up and running within a week of initial contact. You will not be disappointed with their service. I'm so relieved to have found them, and will be using them when it's time to do the changeover to heat for winter, in the meantime my house is nice and cold.
Originally I was recommended to Frank and Nick. Naturally I was a little bit hesitant since the previous HVAC company I used for many years sold me an AC unit which worked not even 5 years. Frank and Nick came over; ran isolation tests on the unit. They discovered EXACTLY where the condenser unit was linking from. The other HVAC company didn’t do such a through isolation testing. And unfortunately for me, since that condenser unit only being under 6 years old today, had to be replaced. Frank and Nick replaced the old unit and in addition, any electrical work that was required. CRYSTAL MECHANICAL PERFORMED A VERY THOROUGH JOB. And, most important to me, these guys are HONEST. I plan to continue use their services in the future. I highly recommend CRYSTAL MECHANICAL to anyone for their heating and air conditioning needs. Excellent job. Wonderful guys!
