I initially used Dwyer Services to replace my old hot water heater with a tankless. Every aspect of this job was handled with extreme professionalism and care. From Ashley in the office who helped with the NJNG incentive program paperwork to Mike who was the lead installer. These guys removed a hot water heater from a difficult spot in our attic with so much care! The new tankless hot water heater works great and is much more efficient. Most recently, I called Dwyer services again to help out with a gas line issue I had. They sent someone right out and resolved my problem. I can't say enough great things about this business! I will keep referring friends and family!
This is the 2nd time in 2 months I've used Dwyer. Both times the technicians were professional, timely and transparent about the job.
We needed a toilet repaired and Anthony arrived on time. He was very personable, friendly and most importantly very knowledgable. He fixed our problem quickly and at a very reasonable price. He explained our options with NO pressure to pick the most expensive option. I will definitely use Dwyer again if needed and will request Anthony.

My central air conditioning went out last night and we called Dwyer Heating and Air Conditioning this morning to have a technician come out and look at it for us. Ralph arrived by 9 am and got right to work. My air conditioning unit was 13 years old and in very bad shape. Ralph thoroughly explained our options to us and was very knowledgeable in his diagnosis of our AC unit. Ralph was extremely kind and honest and recommended replacing the unit. We agreed with him and he arranged to have the installers come out the same day and begin the new installation. We have been using Dwyer heating and air conditioning for many years and trusted them to do the new installation for the AC unit. We are very pleased with the way Ralph inspected and then took charge to see that everything would be handled professionally and expeditiously. Thank you Ralph for making a stressful situation that much easier. We appreciate you!!

Responded quickly, was here within an hour and the young man who did the repairs was terrific. Very professional, but friendly and kind. Will definitely use again, if needed.

I absolutely am so incredibly pleased with the work done in my home today. Dwyer’s employee is extremely professional, talented, and friendly. I feel so relieved to have had quality work done to an outdoor spigot in my home. Now I also have peace of mind knowing there is a wonderful plumber I can use in the future.

These guys had a good reputation but something has changed. We had problems from one end of the job to the other. There were issues with the quote (it was incomplete and would have required more payment to finish the job). The owner had to come out to smooth things over and we found him credible so we went forward. Nothing changed though. The office tried pushed the project so fast that it actually seemed to mess themselves up. They needed to send contractors out for 'second looks' who expressed bafflement at why they were there. The install was the only smooth day. Now it's been over a month and we haven't heard about permit follow-up. We have a question about something that might be an issue with the unit and as usual, the office is all over the place. First no reply. Then after second request a "we'll come out and check it out" followed an hour later by "the head installer says it's the vents and he'll call you tomorrow between 9 and 11". Somehow he knows this without coming out. And it's 11 and no call. It's like dealing with a company run by cats - there all over the pace to the point where they are their own worst enemy. I would not recommend them. They might be good technicians but the entire group is so disorganized that it isn't worth the headache.
Brian showed up and immedialty solved the problem. From the first conversation to the appointment itself everyone was informative and professional....the price, customer service, and quality of work were all A++....thank you Dwyer Services
We are new to the area, so when we started calling different companies to move a gas pipe that was stopping our stove from going all the way against the wall. Three out of three said they would get back to us, bit none did, then I called Dwyer, they scheduled a non emergency appointment for the next day. Patrick from Dwyer arrived on time and did a clean perfect job.
Dwyer Services came highly recommended and now I know why. From start to finish they were professional, friendly, punctual and completed the work quickly. It was a pleasure dealing with the entire staff and we are happy to be a part of their Home Plan Maintenance Membership Program. If you're looking for an HVAC company, look nor further!
Had GCFI installations done in townhouse. Alex who came was professional, and very informative. This is second time I have worked with Dwyer, and both experiences have been great. I would recommend them to anyone.
The technician (Pat) was on time, professional and did an excellent job. The price for a toilet installation was very reasonable. I will definitely use Dwyer again!
They were courteous from the outset...answered their phone,gave you periodic updates on technicians time of arrival...Right on time..had a new water heater put in,along with two toilets...neat ,professional job...Cleaned up well and answered any questions or concerns in a courteous manner...Also having an AC tune up...Office is very responsive and involved...Prompt,neat,professional,using quality brands...very satisfied
We are so pleased with the recent furnace/AC installation we received from Dwyer! From the beginning, Ashley in the office was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. The day of installation couldn’t have gone better! Brian, Tom and Josh got the job done, we’re professional, and complete gentlemen. The house was spotless upon them leaving after a 9 hour job. Would HIGHLY recommend Dwyer services!
Anthony the technician came out to evaluate why the boiler was not producing hot water, he diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and had it fixed. I would recommend Dwyer without a second thought.
