My brother in law had a plumbing emergency late one Saturday afternoon. Called Green Apple and they responded in 45 minutes and took care of the job. Courteously explained the problem and quoted the fee for services. The technician was very professional and pleasant. So when I had a similar situation, I called Green Apple. Responded immediately and the technician showed up as promised. He even called ahead to say he was on his way. He assessed my problem, explained the solution and gave me a quote. Upon accepting, he went to get the necessary parts and returned to start the work very quickly. He and his partner were, again, very professional and pleasant. Completely satisfied with the work rendered and I highly recommend this company .. prompt, dependable and reasonably priced. The quoted price is what I paid .. very, very honest !!

Came right out late Saturday for clogged sink, good communication, courteous plumber, great price (ask about discount), and sink left clear and clean. Pipes are old and plumber did great job quickly. Use regularly, always good. In past had done work to repair radiant water heating system which went out before winter, did super good job identifying what was needed and now the system works much better than before. Thanks!
