I had a great experience with Wayne, the plumber. He arrived right on time and was very friendly and helpful. He investigated and fixed my leaky faucet quickly and provided me with a thorough consultation on some other plumbing jobs that I've been thinking I will need soon. He helped me figure out how to prioritize each job based on importance and expense. I will definitely be looking for Wayne to come back in the next few months to finish up those other jobs!
I called this company for an HVAC quote. Person came out and said I would be getting an email with a quote. After several weeks passing and two subsequent calls, they never provided the quote. If this this is the way they handle business, no thank you.

Travis and Wayne are great! They installed a new hot water heater and sump pump at my house. They were pleasant and professional. They came on time, worked quickly and did a great job! I recommend them highly.

They have been to my home recently to fix my shower and two sinks. 6 months ago they put a hot water heater in my home, as well as my daughter's condo. They are professional, friendly, and masters at their craft. Lawrenceville Fuel should be thrilled to have such conscientious service technicians working for them!

Guy at front office hung up on me after calling to say that I was not happy they came out and charged me $128 to check the a/c pressure. Not what we paid for.
Having now used them a couple of times, I'm confident that they're top notch in terms of customer service, expertise and efficiency. We had a plumbing issue and they sent out a technician, Bryan, who couldn't have been better. For starters, he was very sensitive about social distance (covid-19 time period). He assessed the problem and quickly had it fixed. But here's where I was really impressed: he took the time to thoroughly test that, in fact, the problem was fixed. Much appreciated. I was referred to them through Facebook when we first moved in and I'm very thankful for their quality. They've proven to be solid and we'll continue to call them when we have a problem.

After 20 years in our home, we needed a new hw heater. Lawrenceville Fuel was recommended by the owner of a company which is their competitor in one of their business lines. He uses them for his own home's plumbing, hw heater etc. This sounded great, and was. We chose the fixed price arrangement and felt it worked out well, especially not having to worry about surprises. A long while later, we needed a plumber and called them. They understood the idea of something not being an emergency which was fine with us; repair was done as scheduled. Time passes and we had an emergency, re sewer blockage in basement. Township response quick but not helpful. Called Lawrenceville Fuel, expecting delay due to previous bookings, but no - the plumber was there within a short time (same afternoon) and stabilized situation, then fixed it the next day with return trips to enhance the system, at our request. We've heard so many stories about exhorbitant plumbing prices that we actually expected higher numbers. I should add that from comparing this plumber (Bri) with contractors and their plumbers we've used in the past when renovating, not repairing, Lawrenceville Fuel is at the top of the chart, sometimes off the chart. Thanks, guys.
