The owner (Gary), is the most unprofessional person I've ever met. He has the worst personality than one can imagine. The crew did an exceptional job and were polite and professional. When I turned on the heating system after the team had departed my CO alarms went off. I called Gary and advised him and he told me to disconnect the alarms. Because I have ADT, and the alarms wouldn't stop they called the fire department. The chief of the fire department demanded that he (Gary), get to my residence immediately to resolve the problem. The problem was that there was a gas leak.
The owner Gary is extremely unprofessional. Makes costumers extremely uncomfortable over the phone. The techs that came out were extremely professional and went above and beyond. And they even agreed that Gary has a horrible attitude and personality. Unfortunately the costumer has to deal with Gary in order to get the techs out.
Would highly recommend Atlantic Heating & Cooling! My parents first used them 2 years ago and spoke so highly of them. Then we recommended them to our neighbor when their system needed to be replaced...again, another happy customer. Now it was our turn when our ac stopped working! We replaced the heating and ac. They are very professional, offering superior service at an affordable price!

They came to fix my heating unit after having to call them 8-10 times. When they did show up, they told me it was my drainage pipe problem, and I ended up paying $750 to fix it. The heating system stopped again after 3 days. When I called them, they showed up drained it out. The system stopped working the next day. Today when I called them, they said it’s my motherboard problems and quoted me $1600 to fix it. Replacing the whole thing would be a better idea and cost efficient for me!! I would recommend *NOT* using them. They never knew what the problem was with my system, and I ended up losing $750 for something, which might not have been the problem at all.

They installed an ac unit. Today is 93 out and it is 85 in my house. I have been trying for 2 weeks to get someone here and yesterday they came and told us everything is in working condition. So we are calling again to get someone to come out. This time they came right out. Said we have to better insulate our attic.
I highly recommend Atlantic Heating and Cooling. The team of technicians were very professional, and courteous. They arrived when scheduled, and completed a furnace and air conditioning replacement in a timely fashion. I would use them again without question. Get Outlook for Android

Had (2) Heating systems installed. Great Job!!! Can't say enough good things about them and the work done. Clean, efficient, mannerly and great work. I rarely recommend anyone but highly recommend Atlantic Heating.
AC broke and lines starting freezing during a heat wave. These guys called back right away and Jake came out first thing the next morning. Really friendly knowledgeable! Amazing service.
Gary & his men got the work done on time very clean & efficient replaced furnace & out side unit Tim was outside Doug was inside then worked together to get the installation completed they are a top knotch company
Woke up one day about a month ago to no heat. We'd had problems for years with both our furnace and AC and finally decided to just get a new system if we could. Called Atlantic and within 2 hours the owner was at our house giving us a very reasonable quote for replacing both the furnace and the AC. The installers showed up on time the next morning and by mid-day we had heat! They showed up on time again the next day to finish the AC install (rain the day before prevented them from finishing then). They were so pleasant, so efficient, so thorough with everything they did. Have had the system for a few weeks and all working great! Highly recommend them.

One year ago, 2018, had Atlantic Heating and Cooling install a new furnace and air conditioning. Called them for servicing in the beginning of July 2019. Never called me back to tell me when they were going to perform the service. Never called the second day either. Good thing I carry NJHome services insurance. I called them and they arrived 15 minutes after my call, serviced the air conditioner worked perfect after that.
