I can’t say enough about Jason at My heating guy he was so professional and came so fast to help with my AC when it stopped working. I called him in and morning and he was at my house the same day. He is very honest and does not try to rip you off. He fixed the problem and was a very reasonable with the price. I would recommend Jason to anyone whoever needs heating or cooling. He really is the best!!!
I called My Heating Guy to get a price to replace my HVAC system because I thought it was beyond repair as advised by a few large companies, none of which took the time to look at everything or put a gauge on the AC unit but were quick with a ridiculous replacement cost. Not Jay! Within two hours, my house is cool again and he is coming back tomorrow to double check everything! I highly recommend Jay for all your HVAC needs!
Jason called me back within the hour. He was knowledgeable, friendly and very easy to talk with. He was able to diagnose my issue over the phone and told me to txt him my address and he could be to my house within 20 minutes. Best part: it was TRUE! Arrived in 15 minutes, had the part needed, discussed some useful tips for efficiency while he replaced the part. And we were up and running. Actual best part: he noticed my wife was putting my 3 yr old down for a nap and I noticed his volume change. The people that care are the truly the difference in business and even in life. My Heating Guy was EXCELLENT! We had an EMERGENCY, our AC stopped working and we have health issues. Jason came out in a timely manner and had our AC running within a couple hours. He was professional, took time to answer our questions and was reasonably priced. He even took the time to check in and make sure we were good. Honestly I have no complaints and would highly recommend them. Thank you My Heating Guy!

All of our communications were open and honest, the price was very fair, the work was meticulous, and he was reachable and on-time throughout - from coming to provide a proposal, to showing up and doing the work, and returning calls after the install was completed!! If you need a 'heating/cooling guy' with integrity who you can depend upon for a quick, reliable response to your need, this is who you want to call. Not only is he honest, fair on your pocketbook & very knowledgeable, he has good old fashioned customer service skills which are sorely lacking these days. He actually fixes things whenever possible without pressuring you to spend more if it's not necessary. We've had Jay help us through the years and, without reservation, we very highly recommend him.

I had a heating emergency over the weekend. My heat would not turn off. Called My Heating Guy first thing Monday morning, left a message for a call back. Within 5 minutes Jason called me back. I explained situation and within two hours Jason showed up. He inspected heating unit and found the problem right away. Jason was very punctual, professional and polite. He explained what the problem was and what the solution was. Jason ordered the part and the next day he was back at the house installing it. Jason answered all my questions. I will be recommending Jason to all my friends and family.

Jason came out to my residence on a Saturday when we had no heat. Very professional. He was so nice to me and my family. Warm and toasty for the holidays now. A+++ highly recommend!
Had trouble with my heat after the storm came through. We called Jason and he came over within an hour of the phone call. He was very informative and helpful, as well as giving us advice, and what to look out for any future occurrences. I certainly recommend him. If i have anymore problems in the future ill be calling jason.
I was without heat for almost 2 weeks. I called Jason and he came the same day. He assessed the situation and explained everything in detail. Jason was incredible to work with! I called him the night before as a new customer. My heating system failed and the next day he found parts and we were good to go in less than 24 hours. You can’t beat service like that!
Called Jason because my heat wasn't working. He called me back within 10 minutes and was at my home within an hour to address the problem (on a Sunday). He was very professional, answered all questions I had, and even offered advice on future repairs/maintenance that may be needed and how they could be completed by a homeowner. While he was here, he took the time to look over the entire system and assess any safety concerns due to having an older heating system. I sincerely appreciate that he was straight forward and so knowledgeable. If you're in need of a trustworthy heating and cooling company, I would highly recommend My Heating Guy! Jason repaired the boiler system and replaced hot water heater at my mom's in forked river. He was extremely helpful and professional. Instead of replacing the entire old system that she asked for, he identified only what needed to be repaired and helped decide the best option and was very fair and transparent with pricing. He was very responsive and on time and even took the time to explain all of the repairs and how to use the new equipment
