Christian is professional and knowledgeable. Pleasant service to go with, though the fee is a little high for my budget.
Rafael came for a service call and noticed a noise that didn’t sound right. He knew the furnace was new and under guarantee so he ordered a new part. When it turned out that the part was not right he reordered and continued to follow up until we found a time that worked for everyone. He was thorough, neat and very pleasant.
I have used Meyer & Depew in the past for my furnace and just yesterday, called for my central AC, which was on the fritz in above 90 degree temps. Their responsiveness is great. Technician Flavio called prior to heading over. Once here he promptly donned his shoe covers before entering the house. He explained what was wrong with my unit, what needed to be repaired, how much it would be and how long it would take. They truly strive to provide excellent service their customers. They are honest, fair, courteous, reasonably priced and above all very professional. It doesn’t get better than this!
My AC was out of order. When Jon R arrived, he quickly saw what the problems were. He then took time to explain the technical issues and answer my questions on what would be the next best step. He was knowledgeable and thorough. I would request him for my future maintenance services.
Maybe good for maintenance but if you have a bigger job to do then look elsewhere. I wasted hours of my time over 2 different visits with them and their team. They gave me a proposal of which I needed to hunt down from them after calling and emailing asking for it…I was willing to go ahead with their proposal but I never heard back from them despite many attempts. Just kept hearing how busy they are. Clearly they don’t have the time for new business or installation jobs.
Cris was fabulous from beginning to end. Very professional, knowledgeable and congenial. He diagnosed the issue immediately and we definitely want to book him for our bi annual contract work!
I had an a/c question that turned into an emergency visit. Tom arrived and solved one of the issues. Later they will send another to complete the other problem
Meyer & Depew installed my central air and new furnace two years ago. They were extremely professional and provided a quote for the work that was competitive. Today Mike came in to provide maintenance service to my ac. He was very professional and knowledgeable.
Technician was exceptionally thorough and helpful, even knew how to explore options on our complicated smart thermostat. Appreciated the extra time he took to do that. Actually showed up a couple hours earlier than scheduled, after phoning first. Excellent all around.
I spoke with the owner of the company and the issue was resolved. *** Beware before using. They refused to refund the $650 for an erroneous (and potentially fraudulent) diagnosis for an air conditioning repair. Details: My air conditioner was blowing warm. They sent a technician who charged me $650 to run some tests. First, he and the office seemed overly focused on selling a service contract -- repeated hard selling. Then he said my entire compressor needed to be replaced despite being only 7 years old. He said it would "be dangerous" to try to repair a leaking compressor. I had the feeling they were trying to upsell a bigger job. Concerned, I got a 2nd opinion. The 2nd company said my AC coil can be repaired at a fraction of the cost of a new compressor. My compressor is fine. I spoke to Meyer & Depew manager Chris. He refused to refund the $650 for the erroneous (and potentially purposefully fraudulent) diagnosis. He then lied to me and said one of the reasons they said I need a new compressor is that coils have a 10 week delay. The 2nd company ordered and received a new coil within a week. I am challenging the charge via my credit card company. Please beware when calling them for your HVAC repair needs.
After 26 years and showing it's age, it was time to replace our AC system. Ulises, Rikaard and Rich promptly showed up at 9:00 AM and in approximately 7 hrs upgraded our home to a more efficient and healthier air handling environment. Terrific work by all three men. Extremely satisfied. Thanks.

Wow, this crew was amazing, the most polite, efficient and hardworking installers I have seen in quite a while. Arrived on time, and got the job done in one day, even with outside air quality that was dangerously poor. Andre the sales mgr was equally professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely recommend Meyer & Depew toy friends and neighbors.

Maintenance on the heating/ac system and installed 2 surge protectors I was glad he was able to install surge protectors while he was here doing maintenance. Worked very efficiently and explained what and why he was doing things. Answered all my questions. Very pleased😁
Serviced both AC units and 1 year maintenance on generator they installed last year. Lou was awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable, and worked clean and efficiently. He noticed an issue with generator install that was not complete. Noted this fact and will be back to fix it no charge.
