Our HVAC decided to stop working in the middle of a heatwave. Fred was at our home in no time. The inspection of the issue and its resolution, which included both a parts pickup and replacement, all occurred within a single afternoon. Extremely professional, friendly, efficient and fairly priced. Cannot recommend Fred/ Arrow Refrigeration more.
