Air Management installed my new air conditioner and showed us how to control it and tested it to make sure it is working before leaving. They came on time and the installation was smooth and they removed the old air conditioner machine. I would recommend them.
Love Air Mgmt. We've been using them since we moved into our new construction condo in Upper Saddle River. They are extremely reliable and prompt.
I’ve been a customer with Air Management for many years now. They service both my home and businesses. They are extremely professional, cleanly, trustworthy and reliable. I’ve gotten to know many of the technicians and feel completely comfortable with them working in my house unsupervised. I highly recommend!
3 other HVAC companies looked at my system and were not able to diagnose my problem. Jimmi was the first to spend the time to look thoroughly through my system, look up manufacturers specs, and figure out the issues. I am an engineer in a related field so I know Jimmy really knew his stuff. He even called back later to tell me some additional info he researched after the visit. I will definitely call again when any HVAC issues arise in the future.

Air Management has been my go to for all heating and cooling since moving to Holmdel. They are always very professional and on time. Highly recommend.
The service man was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. He was obviously knowledgeable and I felt he was focused on making sure our HVAC units were serviced and ready for the season. I had similar experience with the prior service man during last year’s inspection and service. I would have no problem recommending these people to friends.
Great service, timely and professional, they installed a steam humidifier for us and did a great job and we do our yearly maintenance with them as well. They always do a great job, and also excellent customer service.
I called Air Management for an estimate on a new air conditioner and furnace. Jimmie was very responsive and showed up at my house that same day. He was very knowledgeable and honest about our HVAC needs. He submitted a very reasonable estimate later in the day. Although we ended up going with a different HVAC company because of the complicated nature of our system, I would highly recommend Air Management for your HVAC needs.
We have been using Air Management for years. They installed my units and continue to service them. I wouldn't use anyone else! I just had Brendan perform my most recent service and he is extremely knowledgeable, clean, and diligent.
I’ve been an Air Management customer for last 2.5 years since they installed the HVAC unit in my home. I have been taking advantage of their annual maintenance service and really satisfied with their work. I just had my spring maintenance done by a very courteous and friendly service tech Brandon. Throughout the service, Brandon walked me over every thing he did and educated me on certain aspects of HVAC as the homeowner.
I've used this business a couple of times for various things and they have been wonderful every time! Everyone is so responsive and cares- from the office staff to the technicians that come to our house. I highly recommend them and will use them every time!
Jimmi, the technician, arrived right within the timeframe, was very efficient, and extremely pleasant and helpful in answering my questions. I will ask for him again!
Air Management was recommended to us by a friend to help install our brand-new second floor air conditioner. After speaking with Dave we decided to add in head as well. Dave was very professional, courteous and answer all our questions. We were also very happy and impressed with Kurt and the whole installation team, they were very experienced, knowledgeable and nice.
This was the first time I used Air Management Heating and Cooling after I researched authorized installers. I spoke with Nick Sorrentino over the phone who gathered all my information, arrived later that day at my home to assess the job and validate installation details. He explained the unit I would be purchasing, the requirements for install and advised he would provide me with a top installer. The official quote arrived first thing in the morning. Everything he stated was accurate and assured me the proper permits will be filed. I verified with East Brunswick Construction that they have filed permits in the past. I was sold. Within 2 days based on my request, a new unit was installed. Since I could not be there a friend who was an electrical contractor oversaw the project. He stated Kurt and his partner did an exceptional job. They were neat, efficient, and had a clear knowledge of the equipment and what needed to be done . They were true professionals. In fact, he plans on using them for his own house. I used multiple HVAC in the 27 years living in East Brunswick. I am happy to find that there are other vendors out there that have a genuine concern for customers. Bill R
Their technician named Dave who always provide service to our house is professional, was very knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend this person to anyone.
My Ac was not working on the hottest day of the year, air management sent Dave out to my house and he was amazing! He knew exactly what he was talking about and fixed my AC in no time. I am so thankful! Thank you Dave!!
Sam is excellent interms of communication and giving advice over the phone first. She even directed on troubleshooting over the phone before sending Dave out for service. Dave came in time , gave me heads up before coming in and provided detailed analysis of the issue. He was able to identify the issue right away and provided effective resolution. Excellent and timely service from the team.
Dave was excellent. He was on time. Addressed our issues and concerns and explained everything he did to try and rectify our concerns.
Dave came out to rebalance our system and inspect our A/C units, and fixed an issue on the spot when he found that one of the units was not installed correctly. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, and took the time to explain how everything works and answer all our questions. Thanks Dave! The only hitch was that it took a while to get the appointment scheduled because we couldn't get in contact with their scheduler for weeks
