Ross is an honest, hard working individual, and excellent at his profession. He is patient, cleans up, respectful of me and my home. He is easy to connect with and follows up accordingly. Contract execution was excellent, he covered the scope of work and took extra time to program my new thermometer for me. He and his employees were on-time to the job site and called if they were going to be delayed. His pricing is competitive with other companies in the area. Ross is a very honest man, he fixed a simple drain plug issue twice with my heater, back in 2019 and just a few days ago. Responds immediately and you'll get an honest diagnosis. No extra charges or upsell. I will definitely recommend him very professional and honest. That is very hard to find nowadays.
Ross is very professional and knowledgeable. He genuinely cared about my families heating issue and came out after hours to check our boiler. In the end we needed a brand new boiler and he ordered everything promptly and had the job done in a timely fashion.
