Larry came out within the hour on Labor Day to get our AC back up and running. The ice man comes though again
I called Iceman when the AC went out during 100° day explain to them that we had a hospice patient and a disabled daughter in our house and would appreciate if they could come out as soon as possible. They did explain that they were booked solid but they'll see what they could do and between 9:00 and 9:30 that night someone from Iceman was here. We greatly appreciate the service that they gave us, highly recommended!

Called Sunday June 6, 2021 heat went up to 95 degrees all of the sudden. My system just shut down. House heated up crazy quick. Owner called said super busy but we were on the list. Monday 6pm call tech in area kid diagnosed problem and charged system 45 minutes. Glad to pay for their time. Been a customer many years. Happy customer.

Everyone experiences miscommunication once in a while, it’s how you rectify the situation, and these guys get an A+ in my book. Excellent customer service skills, and their quality of work are superior. I recommend them over any other HVAC company in the area.
I called this company for an emergency repair, The HVAC tech came out several hours later and took a look at my outdoor HVAC unit in the rain after normal business hours. He was extremely professional and informative. I would highly recommend contacting them for your home HVAC needs.

For 5 years I have been trying to get the whistle out of my heater. Patrick can and really looked at my heater and found multiple problems that were due to a poor installation by another company. Thanks for my sanity back!

Confidence and trust is how I would describe my comfort level when I call on The Ice Man. Have done business a few years ago when I had my furnace and a/c replaced. Now that I moved and needed help since other repair places had deceived me in suggesting I needed a new system on a 6 yr old house, I call The Ice Man and Chris took care of my a/c problem. Patrick from Iceman has been servicing our HVAC systems for years and has always been courteous and professional. It has been a huge upgrade from the company that our builder used to install the original system over 17 years ago. That company manufactured problems replacing boards 2-3 times a year. Ice Man is the complete opposite and Patrick quickly diagnoses the problem and repairs it. The service calls are usually quick and properly done. Iceman also installed our generator several years ago and kept it running like new ever since. It is a great family business that is very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them
