Got an estimate for an entirely new AC set up in my house which I told them multiple times I wanted to continue with and get it installed. I was told they’d contact me to start the paperwork process. They never “got back to me” and I tried contacting them multiple times (over multiple weeks) to follow up with/get start dates/PAY THEM IN FULL but nobody responded. Must be too busy and successful of a company to bother taking my $15,000 job (sarcasm). Don’t use them they clearly do not care about customer service or their new potential customers. 0/5 Stars.
