AC malfunction during the over 100 degree spell, Jordan and staff (Jarod) came out right away and got our system running. Later in the week, the unit encountered a "freeze up" in the attic. Without giving up or charging me extra money, Jarrod took the time to diagnose the multiple issues with our Lennox appliance and corrected them all! Unit is running 100% with minimal repair costs! Great teamwork with this company and the goal is always the CUSTOMER IS NUMBER ONE!!!
I was referred to Jordan through a friend to get new AC and heat installed since I'm converting from oil to natural gas , came in on time to give me an estimate, his visit was very short and not much questions asked on what i want or options i have, left within 5 minutes with a promise to send the estimate on Monday, never heard from him since and never returned my phone calls.
Made appointment on Monday for Friday. Jared showed up Friday am diagnosed my problem. Was here about an hour. Nice guy house is now comfortable again. Fair price and they were able to fit me into their schedule.

I cannot say enough good things about Jordan and Freedom Air. My entire central air system broke a few days before the current heat wave. Jordan came to my home on a Saturday to give me an estimate. He prioritized my job due to the excessive heat that was forecasted and agreed to complete the job on Tuesday of this week. Another company I called said they could schedule my repair for October! Jordan was prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Freedom Air.

Had an issue with my pilot light late at night rather then come out the technician walked me through the steps and educated me the system and saved me money great company.

Having been a long time loyal customer of Freedom Air, I automatically called them on Thursday, June 2 about 4 pm when my air conditioning started to not work properly. It was a very hot day. I was told I would have to pay emergency hours price for service call since was after 4. A nice young man, Joseph (Junior) came later that day, found problem. He had to get part and was not able to come back to fix until after 4 the following day. While I was very happy with his service, my complaint with Jordan the owner, after hiring them to complete job, he still charged me the 250.00 service charge for visit to tell me what was wrong. I have never had to pay that fee once I have hired a company to complete job. I also asked around to make sure I was correct. Even though I had to wait 24 hours for them to complete job I was still charged that fee. So I’m no longer a loyal customer and want people to realize loyalty means nothing to this company.
I wanted to take a moment to thank Jordan and Freedom Air for getting my new AC system in so quickly, in time for the arrival of my elderly parents! The office staff was so understanding, kind and helpful! The installation crew worked very hard, were very polite and pleasant, and did a fabulous job! I love my new Lenox AC system and am well pleased with the fair price that I paid for it. I’m glad that my uncle told me about the wonderful experience he had with the replacement of his AC system by Freedom Air! I have already recommended this company to 3 other people, and I will continue to do that, because it is well deserved! Thanks again for making replacing my AC system, including all new duct work, painless!
Freedom Air is the best HVAC company in our area! Installed HW heater and Furnace for us and our bill went way down! From the professional office to the service/installation people, this company and its people know what they are doing! Best prices, best people, best equipment - work is very clean, neat and efficient. Staff friendly and warm - prices cannot be beat too!
