Air Professionals hires and trains a competent team of professionals. My service rep Hilmi was professional and extremely knowledgeable in the air conditioning systems in my home. He explained to me what he was doing and recommended steps I should take to improve my systems overall performance.
Was in need of immediate assistance with my AC. The technician (Antonio) arrived early and got to work with determining the problem. Sadly the unit (28 years old) was not worth repairing as the compressor was shot. An sales engineer was called and arrived within minutes of request. He did an evaluation of my needs and priced out a new unit within an hour. A new system will be installed shortly. Please note that this all occurred on one of the hottest days of the year. The prompt, professional service was a breath of fresh air as compared to the runarounds I received from any of their competitors. Update June 30, 2023: Air Professionals continue to be great to work with. Shane came out to service my unit today. Like all the customer service and technicians I’ve worked with, today’s service was also excellent. Thanks Air Professionals! After noticing that the A/C unit was not working properly, I started asking for recommendations for local HVAC companies. Air Professionals was one of a few recommendations I received. From start to finish - talking with Greg yesterday and Julio this morning, and then working with the technician Michael today - each person exceeded my expectations. They were respectful, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and provided great service fast, and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Air Professionals.
Shane, our tech, was kind, respectful and thorough with the service needed. He explained the cause of the problem and how to fix it. Shane gave us suggestions for the future of our unit. Overall a positive experience with Air Professionals.

He showed me where the arrows are on the air filters and marked how to install them, He was on time, knowledgeable , and courteously answered all my questions.

Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews. They hand out a QR code that allows them to screen google reviews. Most of the guys working here don’t have a clue what they’re doing and they’re almost as likely to break your system and over charge you for a new one as they are to fix it.
Hired airprofessionals for regular ac maintenance, Anthony Dileo provided excellent customer service, went above and beyond to explain everything in a way I can understand. Great group to work with! We hired Air Professionals for the heater and we rehired them for our air conditioner. They are friendly and accommodating and very easy to speak with over the phone. The techs who come over are on time and respectful and take the time to explain why is going on with our system. They worked neatly and got the job done well. We are new to our home and they helped us to get both our systems running again. I would call them again!

Visiting our home for the first time, Mr. Shane Reynolds exhibited a very high level of knowledge, attention to detail (thoroughness), and professionalism during our June 2023 yearly maintenance performed by Air Professionals. I plan to ask for him on ALL future HVAC services. In the vernacular, this young man knows his stuff.

The technician, Greg, called when he was on his way, was on-time, and answered all my questions (providing clear explanations) as he was performing the system check of the AC unit. I am very glad we chose Air Professionals to install a new central AC system a few years ago!
Kevin was the person that came to my location what a great employee very social, very businesslike, did everything that he should do as far as maintenance and service for my air conditioning. Very good explaining about anything that I might need come in the future, and reviewed results and whatever he found on my current maintenance service, I have light colored carpet he even put his booties on. I did not have to ask , very professional, great employee! Very upbeat about Air Professionals and his team coworkers! This company installed my system heat and air conditioning, and I use no one but them! Folks in the office are very pleasant when you call in for service or to make an appointment. Shane was very professional and helpful as he performed annual preventative maintenance on our AC units. Highly competent and made his evaluation relatable to someone who is not trained in this industry. I highly recommend this company.

It's terrible. There was no service charge mentioned when the appointment made. Surprised with a service charge twice as much as any other HVAC provider., The system is worse than before the technician came. It was working before, now it does not work at all. Nothing was done to correct anything. This is the worst. Deception is the operative mode here.
